This sizzler is near Tucanos and Texas Road House in Orem. It’s a beautiful place, very comfortable. When you get into the restaurant there’s a hall that leads you directly to the cashier, but before you get to the cashier you can enjoy walking through the hall because there are some amazing decorations, and close to the end there is the Big menu which helps a lot. You order your food and pay for it when you get to the cashier and then they direct you to a seat. Once you’re seated they bring you delicious breads with cinnamon butter! That day that I went to Sizzler I asked for the Sirloin, and I was very disappointed. I asked to bring a medium ready meat, but when it came was burned and when I bit it was with a strong burned flavor. I couldn’t eat. So if you go there and have the same experience as I had, please ask them to prepare a new meat. After we finish, we can have free ice cream for how long time we want! There are some toppings that are delicious. Also they have brownies. In general, it’s a good place. They had some mistakes? Yes, but they are improving and the food is worth of the amount asked for it.

As it was my parents paying for the meal we tried to go as cheap as possible, but my wife wanted to add on the salad bar and a lemonade. I handed off my card after I had been seated to pay for the salad bar. So instead of charging me the salad bar with the purchase of a meal ($6.49) they charged me the full price ($11.49) that bothered me quite a bit. Felt like they were a bit incompetent.PRODUCTS/SERVICES - 4I ordered their special for $7.99 which was the chicken malibu with a 8 oz steak and one side. I felt like the steak was puny. It probably was the correct size, but it was so small.POINTERS/PERKS - N/AAs a pointer, they let you get yourself a self serve ice cream (even if you don't get the salad bar) as you leave.EMPLOYEES - 4We were served by Josh. He was nice and all, and it may have been because they were busy, but my drink was frequently sitting empty on the table.

Great staff helped my girlfriend, her daughter and I to our table. Right away everyone was very attentive, and aware of our presence. Our server came around at least once every 5 mins to make sure we had all our drinks and sauces.

Great staff. Very attentive. Good food. Salad bar is well done. Steaks are their specialty. Steak was cooked just right. Juicy and tender. Even the shrimp was correct and not overcooked as usually happens at most places. Not too expensive, give it a try.

Really great steak, and the salad bar is a fantastic deal for how many options they have. Besides salad, they also have soup, chicken wings, a taco bar, and a dessert bar—more than enough to supplement your meal.

I haven't been to sizzler in 20 years. Good and bad we had to order at the front instead of being able to take our time at the table. I felt hurried. We went in 9 minutes before close but they were gracious. They brought our steaks out super quick and perfectly cooked. The steaks were good. Not great but I liked them. Overall, it was a good experience and better than I thought. I recommend going there for what is a somewhat inexpensive steak dinner.

I like the food here, but paying $17.50 for a salad bar is pretty ridiculous, in my opinion. I took my daughter here for a late lunch, and we got two salad bars, a steak, and all you can eat shrimp, and it was $45 bucks for the two of us. The steak was OKAY, at best, and our waiter seemed to be off in la-la land. I won't be going back here anytime soon.

Sizzler always delivers. The food quality is consistent. The atmosphere is great. I really love the cookie+whip cream salad from the salad bar. The rolls they serve are DELICIOUS! The price point is great for the quality of food you are getting. The Steak and all-you-can-eat-shrimp is my Go To!

$10.99 steak and all-you-can-eat salad bar special was available when we chose to eat there. Steak was cooked medium, as requested. Salad was scrumptious, with many items to choose from at the salad bar, including chicken wings! Diet Mtn Dew was very fizzy and crisp. Our waiter, Josh, even added lemon wedges to our soda and water! Josh kept our drinks full without being asked--so attentive! We ate here during lunch and it was very chill--the 80s jams playing over the speakers made me think fondly of my hometown Sizzler *sigh* Sizzler reminds me of home, makes me all warm and fuzzy inside! Thanks for a great experience!

Sizzler has decent food for a good price. Service: not so much. Do food service employees not get trained to be polite and not do gross things in front of customers? This location was clean and had nice atmosphere. I ordered the salmon. You can't expect the best seafood here but it was good.

i just ate at the salad bar and my husband had the salad and malibu chicken. it's fine, but not worth the price in my opinion (about $12 for the salad bar). the server was good. i wasn't a fan of any of the things at the salad bar that ~weren't salad (the taco bowls, the soup, the pasta and meatballs?) it didn't taste fresh and left me with a bad taste in my mouth, literally and figuratively.

nope, nope, and nope. i thought I could enjoy a peaceful day out alone and grab a bite here. they shamed me for eating alone and never refilled my water once while i was here. There’s also definitely not enough of a variety in the salad bar. Why even pay for something like this
