You guys need to double check your drinks when you’re making them. Came in tonight through the drive-through to get a small white hot mocha and a medium vanilla Steamer, my vanilla steamer had coffee in it, and his drink wasn’t a white mocha. Went back directly and showed them the mistake and they remade the order for us. When we got home, the vanilla steamer was in the small cup, and the white mocha was in the big cup. I don’t know how that mistake was made seeing as how I heard the guy repeat the order back to me.

I had a pumpkin coffee to pick up as a gift. Having never ordered a coffee myself, I had no idea what I was doing. But the workers at this Starbucks were helpful, friendly, and patient with my slow order! The coffee I got was hot, quick, and according to my recipient, excellent! Will return!

Tastes like water. Not coffee. A mocha's not hard to make. I've been a barista in the past. I've made plenty of drinks and this did not compare to other locations. It's really frustrating when your paying quite a lot of money for a coffee when it's not worth the price. However, the staff was very friendly and quick. (Hence the second star)

I ordered a Venti Mocha Frap. Drive thru. Handed a drink with what looks like cake partially mixed in. I exclaimed that this was not my order. The lady took the drink back and returned with the same drink blended. She tried to hand this drink to me. This time, the drink contents were running down the outside of the plastic container. That is the last time I will give my money to Starbucks. Thanks Orem, Utah.
