I placed a mobile order to pickup my drink for my birthday, and we went through the drive through. The worker was rude when we told her we had a mobile order and was also rude at the window. The drink was great, but definitely won’t be going back anytime soon.

Not good taste bad had a remake of the drink taste like someone spit in it with mucus all ways got the drink before but this time it's was awful
Great location! This is a great in between location of a lot of different stores, which is convenient. I come here to study often and the atmosphere is just what I need.There's always seating, compared to the overcrowded Provo location near BYU. I place mobile orders, but have never had a problem with my orders. From what I've observed, staff is helpful, cheery and consistent. Highly recommend!
My drinks are always messed up and taste like water. All I ever order is a drip coffee. Drip is not hard to make. I guess If you want the blonde roast ask for the dark roast...

I go to this Starbucks all the time. I almost always get myself a cute and delicious cake pop. The employees here are efficient and kind, one day on a seemingly very stressful day for the team, they made a small mistake on my order but made up for it by giving me a free drink next time which is an incredible customer experience!!! Thank you ?

The barista was super sweet and attentive when we asked about napkins to wipe the tables down outside. She was so sweet and came out and did it for us. We enjoyed the quiet shade outside with an iced pumpkin chair late. And they even wrote happy birthday on my cup and a few of them even wished me happy birthday too.
