We went a few minutes before close Friday night on April 12th. The one employee working was so nice, she was quick to help us and made suggestions. We apologized for coming in so close to closing time and with a smile said there was no problem at all, there were 15 minutes left till closing! Didn’t catch her name, started with an F i believe.

The subs were delicious! Not to mention is was the lunch time rush and we were actually in and out in a jiff. Cecilia, Sebastion, and EZ did great! There was a line but they knocked it out in no time everything was great!

Ordered a curbside pickup and did not know I had to go inside to get a curbside pick up. Waited 25 minutes, thinking they were busy. The app said to wait for them to bring it out. I will just order somewhere else.

Do not come to this location if you’re in a hurry. This is by far the slowest subway I have ever visited. I came in the building and waited for over thirty minutes for the three guys working the counter to make four sandwiches for the people ahead of me. I was disappointed in how slow their line was. I will not be coming back, I’d rather drive an extra five minutes and go to the state street location!

Have been to this location many times over the years, but after today - no moreWent in and asked the guy at the front a question about the fact that they had salads again, i should have left immeduatly when it was obvious he didnt understand english, another person came from the back and answered my question.I ordered a rotisseree sandwich and asked about the jalapeno cheddar bread listed as "participating locations only" the same guy looked at me like a cow looks at an oncomming train Finally get my sandwich made ...sit down to eat and its a grilled chicken rather than rotisserieSeriously, if you choose to employ people who dont understand english dont put them on orders, and maybe make it so we can see the meat selection again ....i might have been able to stop my order from being messed up

The atmosphere is still just a subway, not great but not terrible, just a middling experience.Kid-friendliness: My daughter enjoys their offerings and you can ensure that the kids will get exactly what they'd like to eat as well.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a good wheelchair accessible parking and the store is easy to navigate. The toppings would be difficult to see from a wheelchair, I'd imagine. (I'm not in a wheelchair but it's about 3 or 3 and 1/2 feet high

The sandwiches? were great we went for a ride up through Sundance ski resort ? to look at the autumn color change of the leaves on the trees ? the Aspen were absolutely gorgeous and we had a picnic with the subway sandwiches ? was absolutely outstanding thank you for making our picnic a great tasting experience PS hey boo boo ? there's a picnic basket LOLKid-friendliness: The staff was great and took great care and making sandwiches ? thank you?

They refused to let me swap ham for turkey on my Italian BMT (what I do every time I eat subway) when I persisted they said they could only do it by charging me 3 dollars to upgrade ham to turkey.Workers were very nice there but the manager was AWFUL!! She was so frustrated at me for wanting to switch it out and just plain rude the entire time. (Picture the opposite of a chick fila employee)What other subway location exists that charges 3 dollars to swap ham for turkey??
