I did a doordash order and wasnt able to get lettuce and tomatoes off of the crunchy tacos because they didnt have the option nor could i put notes in to tell them, so i figured i could call them and just say hey on this order please no this and that. Well i called and nobody picked up so i call again and they answer and hang up happened at least three times. Very annoyed with this because i usually love this location... thanks

We have gone to Taco Time in Orem for many years I have always love their food. Their service has usually been good, as well. I was sad when they stopped having courtesy after dinner mints available for guests, and I was very disappointed tonight to find out they no longer have free pico out for guests. You have to order it and pay 75 cents for about a teaspoon of it. The cup sizes have shrunk in half from what they used to be. I'd hope they can at least come up with some bigger containers if they are going to charge, but I hope they change their minds and put the pico back out for guests.

Love repeating yourself over and over and still get the wrong order then they grab another worker to take the order? Want cold tots? Want sour cream added and pay $.50 but not get sour cream added? Kinda warm soft shell taco? Want to pay another $.50 for a side of ranch that is frozen? This is the place to be.I’ll take a refund for this joke of an order.

I came in tonight to get food and the service was horrible. when they brought out my burrito there was ice cubes folded in the burrito. when I took it up to the counter they just laughed. don't go here
