The absolute WORST Wendy's PERIOD!!! I live a block and will drive right by it to another store. Waited 30 minutes in line with one person in front of me, waited 15 minutes another time with nobody in front of me. Got cheese fries with a slice of cheese literally laid on top of fries, not melted. This location has always been a absolute dumpster fire.

I was trying to enjoy some dinner with the boys and from the second I walked in I had a bad experience. When I went to order the lady who took my order (emily) didn't really seem like she knew too much about what she was doing. And for some reason their register machine wasn't working, so when I went to order and apply the free fries Friday deal she said it worked. But yet when I received my small order many minutes later, there was no free fries on my tray. I went to the counter and she said that it sometimes doesn't work and she was sorry as she walked away.I just wanted free fries. Don't come here expecting your deals to work

Went in for breakfast, only one in the store. The staff members were very friendly, and despite trying to resolve some technical issues they were having, they got my order out very quickly. The food was hot and yummy and exactly what I requested.

Workers are great. Tons of yelling from the lady in grey and she practically threw her food at me.

(Former Employee) I have never felt like I needed to say or post a review because I generally don't but my experience working here has been one of the lowest I've encountered ever. I've never felt like this at any job that I've ever worked at. For anyone who wants to work here just keep in mind that it is a job. These people are paying you to do a job that's it. You don't need to fraternize with your co-workers because that's all they are to you 'co-workers'. Those people are not your friends nor do they realistically care about you. I remember being yelled at by the General Manager in front of customers before I even started my first shift at the job. I knew that it was a red flag being as though in my interview I was warned about how my encounter with that person would be but I stuck it out until I couldn't anymore. One thing I regret is never tell any of your co-workers anything pertaining to who you are, where you're from, and where you're trying to go in life. That was my downfall. Some people have a habit of trying to gain information on you and twisting against you as a silver bullet to hurt you even though you would never do that to anyone else. Even when you just want to be liked or accepted by the people around you. I noticed how I wasn't getting paid as much as the other people closing at 2am which inturn changed my temperament and perception of people. It began to be a little awkward for me when I would turn my back and I would see someone be a little too concerned with what I was doing. For anyone to feel like they want to crawl in a hole after their shift is over is a pretty dark feeling. It stems from insecurity to misunderstanding. I'm usually a quite person that doesn't really bother anyone. At least that's how it initially stated out. As the weeks progressed I noticed I wasn't really happy anymore but I stuck with it until I felt a little broken inside. No one should ever feel like that. To go off of a tangent for a second, if you are actively struggling and you're putting your best effort in that is all you can do. There is no Nobel Peace Prize for trying to attack someone for 'trying'. If you need a moment to breath and get your thoughts together from whomever or whatever ever that is perfectly ok in my eyes. Everyone is human. Everyone makes mistakes. It's a part of life. Life happens, people have feeling, and people go through things that they may not want to discuss because they know it wouldn't be received in the way that would suffice for them. All this to say, be kind to yourself. Take a break if you need because your mental/emotional health is worth way more than money can offer you. It doesn't mean you're crazy it just means you're not a robot. I hope this can help someone in the future to not make a mistake and go against their better judgement.

Just go to culver's, the food is better for the same price AND you don't need to wait 20 minutes for a burgerEDIT: culvers is overpriced now also, just eat at home

They are very friendly and efficient at this location. They had my food ready before I could even get my card out. I rarely eat out but if i do i’m coming back to this location!
