This is the place. A locals favorite. This restaurant is in Utah? There are many fine dining restaurants in Park City. This off main street establishment has ample parking. Blind Dog delivers on all levels of a beautiful atmosphere, excellent dining and service. If you’re reading this, you already know the seafood and sushi offerings are extensive. Add to your list of “must go” as a visitor or local.Vegetarian options: YesParking: GoodKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes

What a great place. So happy to see a restaurant group that actually puts food 1st. All you other restaurant groups should take lessons. We got the Redneck Capressie (5*) Brussel sprout side (5*) wonderloaf aka meat loaf (6*) really that good and the creamed spinach was to die for, crab cakes (4*) was good. All in all, the best money I have spent at a restaurant in a long time. We will be back...

The service and atmosphere were good but the sushi was terrible. They didn’t use sushi rice or did not know how to make sushi rice. It was gummy overcooked regular rice. The rolls looked like they were made by someone who had a 15 minute crash course in sushi making that very same day.

This is my favorite restaurant in park city so fad. Portions are huge, menu is creative, and the food is so beyond good! We had Bryan as a server and he was a true gem. I will 100% be back!

Really enjoyed our dinner here. With a reservation we were seated almost immediately. We started with spicy edamame and pork dumplings. Both were delicious! Shrimp tempura was crispy and so good. Husband ordered two sushi rolls enjoying both. Would definitely recommend.

Food and service were very good. Oysters -very good. Filet -very good, chicken was very good salmon was very good. Apps were great too. Service nice and friendly. Would definitely go again!

Really great all around! We had a lollipop roll and a jolly rancher roll - delicious! My husband had a steak and loved the little crunchy outside. Brian's service was timely with enough explanation, but not too much. We'll be back!

Read all of the reviews and was excited to try this restaurant. Very eclectic two sided menu. Side A Sushi and raw bar selections all of which looked amazing. We chose the sushi lollipops as an appetizer which were rolled in cucumber and very tasty. Their size was too big for a single bite and the roll fell apart after your first bite but still excellent and a very novel presentation. We went to the savory side of the menu for our entree selections. My wife had the seafood stew and it was excellent. Nice variety of seafood, an amazing broth and a little bite to it. She loved it. I went with their signature meat loaf and it was amazing. Moist with an excellent gravy served over perfectly cooked mashed potatoes and a side of cream spinach. Dessert was bananas foster bread pudding served with ice cream. I would pass on this dish next time. Bread pudding was too dense, not enough nuts and there were no cooked bananas. Unlike many of the ridiculously overpriced restaurants in Park City, this felt like excellent value for the quality of the food, ambiance and service. Also, it is clearly a locals favorite as it is not on main street but so worth the short trip with easy parking. Finally, my ONLY criticism was we would have loved to purchase one of their many cool merchandise items to remember them by but 40.00 for a rayon beanie? C'mon!!!

All the food and drinks we had at the Blind Dog were outstanding. Made a reservation online a month in advance for our ski vacation and was seated promptly. Mahi Mahi, Mac and Cheese, Edamame, Oysters, Sushi all delicious. Service was a little slow refilling water jug, getting drinks, and clearing plates. Highly recommend!

We have loved BD since way back - and dinner last night was one of the best! We decided to go 100% seafood and did oysters, shishito peppers and tuna tartare tacos with a great sake for appetizers. All excellent. Our waiter was a pro, a funny older guy who kept up with all our demands! Ice for the sake bottle, more water, desserts, etc. We had great sushi and fantastic salad. Will come back for sure!

Our server was great and his suggestions were spot on! Sushi was wonderful. Restaurant is a little off the main strip and we needed to Uber vs walking which we didn’t originally realize but wasn’t an issue just plan for time. Really enjoyed and would recommend.
