Ordered online which is much improved but ordered a burrito with extra protein and cheese and got home to realize that there wasn't really any pork barbacoa in it and they didn't add any cheese and I paid to add more of both. My wife got a tostada with chicken and found 2 pieces of chicken in the entire salad. Pretty disappointing overall .

So ticked . This is the only Park City location for Cafe Rio in PC; we have come to Park City to ski for years and we love the food. BUT we up with the incredibly RUDE staff. it’s been this way as long as I can remember and I’m shocked that it’s never been resolved or the location sold it is in a well traveled area and doesn’t give the brand a friendly feel at all I can’t imagine that people like how they are treated in their we all just what are food we don’t know you we pay if you don’t like your life and people with the ability to fix this don’t see it as a priority still it would be a first “Cafe Rio the unfriendly place to get your food” put that in a national ad campaign and see how it goes if you don’t like us telling you how we want our food then don’t have a glass kitchen setup like a fast-casual restaurant

Great food as always. I’ve come here for years to this location. They always serve the food quickly and have a very generous military discount. This last time we came in however they wouldn’t apply the military discount to the whole meal, and made us pay for each item individually even though all of us have military IDs. This added substantially to the checkout time and was a super annoying and pointless step that they’ve added. I hope the management gets rid of this tedious rule and goes back to putting customers first.
