Had ordered our pizza to be ready at a certain time. When we picked it up at that time, the pizza was barely warm. Both pizzas were lacking sauce, dry, and characteristic of cardboard. We were definitely disappointed with this order. Worst experience at a Dominos pizza thus far.

Had a free pizza through the app. Try to order a free meal plus some sides I would have to pay for. Apparently it wasn’t a big enough order to deliver at the hotel 1/4 mile down the street. I leave a good tip for the driver and have never had this problem at any other dominoes. I got my food and there’s almost no sauce on my chicken Alfredo and my bread is burnt like it came out of a house fire

Plenty of better choices for Pizza around here with better customer service… Five guys working yet my order wasn’t ready, not only that they pulled the bread twists out early and were doughy inside. No apology, looked at me like I was stupid when I asked why my order wasn’t ready when the app said it had been ready for over five minutes.

What's to say...it's a Dominos Pizza. We got the Extravaganza. Ordered via online at about 5:30PM on a Wednesday for curbside delivery.We arrived about 4 minutes later and identified we were there. It was another 4 minutes and we had our hot pizza in hand.No pics...it's a pizza :)Pizza was extremely fresh and hot. It was delicious after a long day of travel.
Messed up my order and then wouldn’t answer the phone. So no pizza for me since they put something I’m allergic to on the pizza.

The "manager" Ivan needs to be fired he always messes up my orders. I always order online & then I have to call over the phone to make sure they understand not to mess up my food. I always pick it up because I understand everyone is short staffed, but it's so annoying leaving my house thinking my food is ready only to find out they messed up my food anyways & now I have to wait in my car for them to make a new pizza. The worst part too is that Ivan the "manager" thinks my messed up order is his food break prize so he always eats my messed up order before he starts my new order. Every time i see Ivan "the manager" inside the shop I already know I'm about to have a terrible experience. The rest of his team definitely deserves a better manager.

Good for feeding the masses, like the North Summit Girls Soccer Team. They made 23 pizzas for me, and the girls loved it. (No pizza in Coalville area.) We needed a gluten-free pizza for our golie and they made one for us in about six minutes. So nice. Thank you.
