I’ve gone to 5 guys a few times now. I ordered a meal to go. Now typically when you order a burger you get it for the main reason a patty right? But when I go to eat my food I have no patties only the lettuce and toppings (I typically only order a lettuce wrap). I place another order maybe they are having a hard time making burgers. I called to let them know I got told “no that can’t happen we check every burger” I felt crazy. But I will add a reference photo so maybe one of them will see this and realize i was telling the truth rather than tell me I was wrong.All I wanted was a Burger?

My group has some major food allergies and the staff at five guys is always on top of it. Even with the free peanuts the restaurant is nice and clean!Dietary restrictions: They are super helpful with making sure your restrictions are met.

Hey . I wanna request the owner . Please check your staff . Bcz i keep calling five guys . But there is a Chinese guy . Even he Dont understand english . And he speak so rude and he told me on phone that after 9 we can’t take order and he hang up . Bt when i call again . He told me go to hell and don’t call us . And i try to call but the phone is not working. The time is 9:30 pm . For real worst guy i ever talk . Please fired that Chinese guy
