Stopped here after skiing and it was delicious. I forgot to take a photo beforehand of the Favorite Liege Waffle and it was awesome. Such a good spot and I would highly recommend the waffles.

Walked in around 7:00 p.m., not busy at all. Was ready to order after all ready waiting 7 minutes then all the sudden the employee jumped up off the floor she was sitting on eating food. She didn't wash her hands before handling the food. So first impressions were not great. Smoothie, my spouse order was way runny like milk runny. The ice-cream wasnt that great tasting as it seemed to taste old. Wont be back!

There was a problem with some of the product I purchased. However, the bigger problem was with untrained staff. The owner contacted me immediately, worked to provide a solution and has promised the staff will be better trained. I would happily go here again. It is a cute little shop with unique flavors.

Great little spot. Very good ice cream with a more home-made feel and tasty ingredients. It’s nice to have ice cream that isn’t 90% sugar and to see thing ls like dark chocolate chips and real peanut butter instead of flavorings. All four flavors we tried were very good. It’s worth a stop for sure.

We wanted to get a smoothie here because their website said the smoothies were gluten free. (Dietary need). We walked in and the two workers just stared at us awkwardly. When we asked about the smoothies and which ones were gluten free, they said none of them were. So we left, rechecked the website (which says they are gluten free). But we weren't comfortable asking them to make one if they didn't have the knowledge of what was gf or not Not sure if they just need more training or what. I gave them 2 stars because the establishment was clean and had a fun atmosphere.
I love boba drinks and wanted to try this one out. I got the taro boba and the boba itself was way over cooked. It was like it was just falling apart in my mouth. Disappointed ?

Our visit to the I love moo turned into an absolute nightmare. We entered with high hopes, looking for egg-free options due to our sibling's severe egg allergy. Upon asking the employees about the ingredients, they confidently assured us that everything was egg-free, and we proceeded to purchase their ice cream product.To our shock and dismay, moments after our sibling consumed the ice cream, they experienced a severe allergic reaction, resulting in vomiting due to the hidden presence of eggs in the supposedly egg-free treat. This careless misrepresentation by the store employees put our sibling's health at serious risk, and we are deeply upset and angered by their negligence.The lack of proper ingredient disclosure is unacceptable, especially when dealing with severe allergies. The ice cream store should have been more cautious and responsible in ensuring their products were safe for customers with dietary restrictions.Moreover, the overall customer service left much to be desired. Instead of showing genuine concern and remorse for their error, the employees seemed indifferent to the situation, making us feel like they didn't take our sibling's health seriously.As a result of this distressing experience, we will never return to this ice cream store and strongly advise others with allergies to stay away. Trust and honesty are crucial when it comes to handling food allergies, and this establishment failed miserably in providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers.

Tried to find allergie friendly option by asking the employees but they didn't check any ingredients and we ended up have an allergic reaction because of there Un helpfulness. We were told false information regarding the ingredients and the outcome was very severe. 100% would not recomend.
