The location struggles with consistency but more often they are on the lower end of things. The last time my quarter pounder was burned and was a regular burger patty. Not what a qtr should be. For what you pay it should be as advertised and be good. Employees treat you like a burden.

Al lot more expensive than other McDonald’s. I had to wait at the counter for 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and helped. When I got my burgers they came out poorly assembled with half the patty and cheese off the bun.

My son was having. Hypoglycemic moment and they refused to do what they could to help him!!! Go back to Mexico !!! Maybe if you actually spoke English you could have helped my son!! But nope!!!

To order you have to use their ordering kisok which sucks and you can't even pay for your order. You have to take your ticket to the register and pay. Absolutely stupid process. The lady with the redish/orange hair was rude AF. Worst McDonald's ever! Our coffee didn't have any sugar even though we specifically put how many sugars we wanted on our order.

This place only has the dumb kiosk machines that don't even let you pay with card. Can we please make these optional. Noone likes these things. Took us 10 minutes to order as some items are meals and some aren't. And you don't know until you click on the item. So you build your meals for a family of four and the machine prints a receipt to pay at the counter where there's Noone to pay.

Behold the future of fast food! Doesn't feel like McDonald's, feels like some kind of robotic burger jail. It was depressing to see you can now only order through a kiosk and prices have effectively tripled. We received two sloppy looking double cheeseburgers and a pitiful looking ice cream cone.
today I had the worst experience in a restaurant in my life, I have never seen such bad people in one place, I can't believe this is still open, this is a shame for the chain, I swear I will do something to pay for the anger I went through today with my family, you will pay for this!
