We rocked in on New Year’s Eve at 8:48PM and they had most food put away and were cleaning. However, the manager agreed to make us all the items we requested. He was so nice and accommodating. Even helped the cook prepare them so we didn’t have wait too long. I appreciate the awesome service! Thanks!

I don't understand why this location never has food ready. There are always 5 or 6 people in the back cooking but without fail every single time I ever come, the entrees I want aren't ready. Tonight I decided I'd be smart and order online. The staff here had 35 minutes to get my order ready. I came in 10 minutes after the time the system said my order would be ready. It wasn't on the shelf. I waited in line and spoke with someone who had no idea that anyone had ordered anything online. There were two boxes on the counter so I asked what they were. They were my order but they had been sitting out for who knows how long because still after ordering 35 minutes prior, the string bean chicken was still cooking. Perhaps, this location would get through more business and make more sales if the cooks could do a better job keeping the food ready.

For whatever reason I try to eat here once a year. Somehow I forget to never eat here again.Each of the 3 orders we had delivered to my job today was wrong. No fried rice, only white rice, instead of two sides I ordered I only received one portion of one.Save yourself the drama and just go anywhere else. A few rocks off the sidewalk will be better for anyone to chew on.
