I was very disappointed in the Açaí Kicker I received this afternoon at the Park City location. I’ve had about 100+ of those shakes & I know what they’re supposed to taste like; this one was not good. Their food is usually excellent, but it seems like their Park City location doesn’t have the food quality/consistency or well-trained employees like other PF locations. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to Park City, & I loved going there after skiing.

Surprised it has 4 stars. This is the worst açaí bowl I've ever had. Don't know why someone said the ingredients were fresh- the strawberries on top were frozen. The bananas were a bit dry from sitting out. The açaí itself was bitter and there was just this thick layer of peanut butter on top. I got the chocovado which is supposedly a customer favorite. Super gross. Only had 6 or so bites.

We probably came here like three times? Their crew is multilingual and they're so friendly and patient, it feels like coming back to see friends. We've only had the smoothies so far, but we can't wait to try the food side next time. :)

Fruit bowls are good but cut the serving size for the OG Brazi in half while still charging the same amount as a large. Also they’ve stop accepting cash. Very disappointing! Won’t be going back.

The employees are a five star unfortunately you can’t say the same about management or ownership which with their lame “thank you for your the patience” thinks it’s ok to put so much pressure to the employees and have a customer waiting over 20min for a protein shake. After another lame attempt from management to excuse themselves for the lack of customer understanding I had to edit this review.Imagine thinking that exactly 26 min for a protein shake is an acceptable average time even this is not a fast food chain, imagine not knowing, just assuming that it was extremely busy when it wasn’t (only one person in front of me and waiting for food as well), imagine complaining to a customer how hard it is to run a business and that’s why they have terrible service! All these sorry excuses doesn’t change the fact that 2 teenage girls running a food establishment without proper management is not the right formula for customer service and satisfaction!

They got rid of the bigger smoothie sizes.. small ones aren’t quite enough after a workout to fuel up.

A health food spot that doesn’t include the calories or macros of their items. No info to be found on website or apps.

I had a wonderful experience at the Protein Foundry this morning when I entered to order an açaí bowl and a monkey business toast. I was greeted by a young man that was very busy but was very congenial and when I asked him how he was he said great. I said are you all alone here? To which he replied that an employee that was supposed to work today called in and said he wasn't coming in. Josh, I later learned was the young man's name was unphased and proceeded to fill my order. This young man was a picture of great customer service, handled his job with a smile and professionalism and I was very impressed and hope his boss realizes what a terrific kid Josh is. Thank you Josh.

My review is not of the employees at this location but the horrible management that is MIA. This location is sorely understaffed on a nearly constant basis. The two young employees were so clearly overworked on a Saturday afternoon. They couldn’t keep up with the demand of in-store and online orders. Advice to Management- do a better job of managing your employees and scheduling of staff. The poor young kids you leave in to run a place with this much on the menu on a weekend leads to slow service and inconsistency in product. And at $20 for two smoothies, I expect some consistency.

I've tried it a few times now and really wanted to be impressed, but I'm not. The protein bowls are high in sugar/carbs and lacking in protein. I then tried to do their Keto option because that is lower in sugar, Great!- I ordered, paid, waited, and then was told they haven't done those in two years... but they are still showing them on the website and in their nutritional book at the counter and she was able to enter it in the register. The guy did offer to make something lower in sugar if I knew what to put in it and give him a recipe. While I can appreciate the thought, I can do that at home for >$3, not $10+ tip.The idea of coming to the PF is to try something new and healthy at the same time. I was hoping for a nice option post workout even that could be new and exciting. The Healthy bowls that were recommended when I asked for something low in sugar and high in protein on my first and second visit:Ipanema Calories Fat Carbs Sugar Protein719 35 94 48 10Velvet Samba Calories Fat Carbs Sugar Protein556 17 93 47 9What I tried to order on the 3rd try taking any guesswork out of what is high protein and low sugar:KETO Snickerdoodle Calories Fat Carbs Sugar Protein16 oz 209 9 8 2 27I like the idea of a place that is called a Health Bar... but it feels heavy on the marketing and lite on the reducing sugar. So if sugar is of no concern- jump into the Rio Bowl (it was tasty) but if healthy looks like more protein and less sugar- hit the store instead.Dietary restrictions: Not for those looking for lower sugar/carbs as they do not offer those anymore.

Talk about a WINNING combination of Delicious and Healthy! This place is has quite the assortment of tasty items. Dont let the name fool ya, there is quite a few items with good protein content, but I Wish it had more meat! (Sorry but no BACON!) Check out the other menu items packed with protein! My suggestion would be the Smootie and toast. Try it! And let me know what you think? ?Vegetarian options: Lots of options for vegetarians!Dietary restrictions: Even more choices for those with particular dietary restrictions!

Still trying to find a truly delicious acai bowl in Utah. Still not quite there, but Protein Foundry is good. The Chacavado and the OG Brazi are both good, but you have to order extra peanut butter and honey to make it truly worthwhile.
