The food was better than usual. I'm not sure if we're a fan of the decision to bring us everything to eat, as we wasted a HUGE amount of food. I'd rather be given a way to select things and having them brought out. That said, we would not have selected the salmon wellington and our waitress said really you MUST eat it and it was the best thing we were served.

Highly over rated! Four courses that at first glance whet the appetite. First course was by far the most appealing with the cold seafood tower. King crab claws that are impressive but taste of salt water (preservative?) not the fresh taste of the sea. Quite salty! Second course, clam in tarragon without the lovely aromatics that should be present. Did I mention Luke warm? Clam chowder was bland, watered down and cold. Ribs were decent and we skipped the offering of pork belly. Third course was a plate for each person with Wagyu beef, and three other morsels of some nondescript items. Again, barely warm and the plate looked like Honey I Shrunk the Dinner. Desert was an odd assortment of average offerings. The coffee was excellent. The service was impeccable and was far better than the boring fare. Overall, not the Deer Valley experience that you pay the big bucks for! Management needs to take a very hard look at what is coming out of the kitchen. Very disappointing!

Food and Service was outstanding! We love the giant crab legs and fresh oysters! The choice of fresh fish is awesome! We always ask for the best waiter, Mike to serve us, he is the best!

A silver lining of COVID was they served you everything in 4 courses with as many refills as you wanted. Our server Tylla was fun and engaging. The dessert assortment of minis was excellent.

Best aspect of this restaurant was the value. No where else in Northern Utah can you get so much quality seafood (all you can eat). The other aspects of the meal were pretty good, for us it stopped mattering after filling our selves on crab legs and oysters during the first course. I'd say the biggest place for improvement was the atmosphere, I wish I'd dressed like I came off the slopes because it was freezing inside.

Awesome food and great service! I would eat here every week if I could. The crab was amazing, and the poke was some of the best I've ever had. Definitely worth the price. All the staff are very attentive and friendly, highly recommended to eat here if you are a seafood lover.

Covid has changed a lot of things but in the case of a seafood buffet the change was for the best. We loved the new setup of serving the buffet to our table! The food was excellent, the wait staff were extremely attentive and the food choices were extensive. I hope they keep this setup in the future.

Such an enjoyable experience, with wonderful staff, and really good food! I like it that they aren't doing the buffet-style, and serving you directly now, due to COVID, and would recommend they not change!

Make sure you go hungry!! The food was amazing and although the buffet wasn't in service - it was literally a buffet bought to your table to share family style! Great value for money!

I have been to the seafood buffet several times before. I really liked sitting at the table and having the various dishes brought to the table. It made for a lovely experience and I didn't have to wrestle carryng a plate across the floor.

We went here last night for a 9pm reservation. The place was empty, I don't know why they made us come so late. The tables are ridiculously spread apart over cautious for COVID. The wait staff was nice. No salt shakers, only salt packets which are SO annoying to use if your hands are covered in crab and shrimp. Which is also gross that nothing is peeled at that price. Oysters were really good, but that was it. Super bland food, meat sampler came out room temperature, waygu beef was not great, side dishes were mediocre, the ribs were over cooked, dry and no sauce. $200 for a couple and I was so mad that we came here for our anniversary. Not worth it at all.
