Baristas at this starbucks have been very very kind to me for years now. As a regular i’ve been treated like a friend. This place is incredible. I’ve heard they are unionizing and i’m in full favor for it.

5 STARS only because Tobi gave me her weekly markout. I bought a batch of Siren's blend ground for French Press for my Sundance guests but that pound tasted particularly sour so I came back to exchange/get another one and the other cracked-out employee was trippin and said "no returns" on coffee... hey crack-chic that Siren's blend was wack, what do you mean no? I got a bad pound. The least you can do is exchange it. Geezus. Props to Tobi?(Calling Starbucks corporate on this one. The cracked-out girl (tall, sores all over her face) was trippin & jittery, obviously high on something and was blatantly rude and defiant. Worst customer service here at this location and the other many other reviews only corroborate this. Howard Schultz come on down to this location and set it straight....)

We had a really awesome experience with Keira and Toby! They were really knowledgeable and helped us pick a coffee for our pour over and a tumbler to go with it!!

Whoever was working last night Dec 16th was super short, rude, didn't seem to want to be there. I ordered two drinks Carmel ribbon crunch frap came with no Carmel drizzle and a Venti White chocolate mocha latte that had to have been a grande in a venti cup. I stop here often as I live 45 minutes away, last night was my only problem I've ever had. Drove off before I noticed, my gut new it felt lite I kick myself for not going back in!
We were visiting from Texas. I must say this was the worst coffee I've had from Starbucks. Top it off, the cashier was so inpatient.

Was in an automobile accident and car got towed. Toby took care of me and my stranded puppy until my brother arrived from Wyoming. Entire staff was so generous and hospitipal. What a wonderful group of human beings. Thank you Toby. For your empathy in time of tragedy. You're the best.

Service is dead. I feel pressured to tip so I tip. I get my drink and the lid isn't fully on and it got knocked over and spilled everywhere. Couldn't get anyone's attention and there was 6 people working to see about getting a mop. The store was empty with just me in there. Finally did and they reluctantly came out slowly. Not even offered to remake my coffee. Honestly I'm officially done with Starbucks.

I order 3 fuckin waters. Then I saw one guy make one and the other 5 employees stand around talking. GMFU. In total it took around 20+ minutes until we left because we never got them
