Very disappointed and totally disgusted as we saw the woman pouring our refreshers use her hand to hold ice back from spilling into the drink. The fact that we saw her do it while she knew we were watching makes me absolutely horrified to think how often she’s done it without witnesses… Not sure how that could be considered sanitary or up to Starbucks standards but our drinks and experience was anything but refreshing.

I had the most horrible Starbucks expirence I have ever had at this Starbucks. We ordered 2 drinks and they were super super sweet so we asked politely for the barista to remake it and she refused, stating “we made it how you ordered it”. She was extremely rude. I have never had a Starbucks refuse to make my drink over. I rarely ever ask but this drink was bad. We then asked for a refund then and she acted like we were the jerks. To add insult to injury she continued to antagonize us as we left the store screaming her name “Ter” so that we could complain about her The worst customer service I have ever had. I have never had an employee scream at me and antagonize me when I was dissatisfied with the product. If you go to this Starbucks and some old fat lady with a name tag “Ter”, is working go across the street to the other Starbucks where they are actually friendly and make a good drink.

When the employees wanna argue with me about the difference between a macchiato and a caramel apple spice...... then make the wrong drink altogether and it's MY fault? Yeah okay buh bye.

Went in to order a pink drink and the girl at the counter was slow to even acknowledge us and then when it was time for her to take our order she rudely said they were out of pink drinks and walked away to go talk with her friend.

Save your money for a location that has a better attitude. Example - after Placing a mobile order, since the app said that the store was open. The result? Getting barked at by an employee that they are closed! "good service" used to be important...
Waited at least 20 minutes for a random girl to be on her phone and when she finally spoke she told us they were closed when they clearly weren’t. There were at least four other people there waiting for a good while and unfortunately had to leave because of the lack of customer service. Will not return.

Ordered a Vanilla Latte and received a cup of steamed vanilla milk. Older lady in training… don’t forget the fuggin coffee. Come on!

I usually don’t post reviews but we just had the worst experience at this Starbucks since we’ve moved to Park City. An older woman was working and instead of telling us she was out of oat milk, she took our money and proceeded to make the drink with 2% milk. We have a child with a life threatening dairy allergy. When I informed her of this she said they were out of oat milk and she just ‘chose the lesser of two evils’. She did not apologize and when I asked her for a refund since there was nothing else we could subsitute with, she just continued to serve other customers and disregard us. Had I not had a gut feeling and watched her make the drink my child could have had a serious reaction and it would have cost us thousands in medical bills.

Starbucks used to be the cream of the crop, it used to be the place you would want to hang out at. It's starting to become a stagnant place with the rudest workers. And way overpriced now. I was shocked at what we paid for just brewed plain coffee.

The service is terribly slow.. The people have a horrible attitude. And the CEO's of the company are Is prejudice against right wing Christian conservatives. The founders and CEO's of Starbucks are anti traditional American values.
