The food was AMAZING! Sadly, our server not so much. We were there at a slow time, one other table besides our party of two. She seemed annoyed to even take our order. Once our food was brought out, she never came back. We saw her walking around and conversing with other staff, but we couldn’t even get a refill on drinks. Other staff brought a pitcher to fill our water and we had to ask another for our check.

We showed up with a group of 5. We wanted to sit at the sushi bar and were told we couldn’t sit unless we were couples because the chef doesn’t like it. Not a good introduction to a new restaurant. Thanks!

Always have a good time & meal at Sushi Blue. The description of the rolls are unique & of course delicious. My 14 year old granddaughter is a sushi lover & whenever visiting us wants to know if we are going to Sushi Blue.

We have been eating here for 7 yrs. We love going here as it's close to home and the servers have come to know us. I'm saddened to say that the food has really gone downhill. My husband says his overpriced sushi is average in taste and the quality of fish they use is not great. I have had practically most things on menu besides sushi and it's hit or miss- generally miss. Wonton salad- not impressive. Yaki soba- noodles overcooked- over saturated with sauce. Chicken lettuce wraps- lettuce wilted and too tiny to use as a wrap. Ramen was tasty, had twice...both times I was sick 2 hrs later. Edemame- doubled in price in last year. Street tacos- meat was tasteless- unseasoned.Disappointed and after last week we kind of decided to try somewhere new next time.

While this is a nice place, ambiance is great, the overall experience was not good. Food was average for a sushi place and very expensive for the portions and overall food quality. The service was not up even any sports bar standard. We saw our server for an order and then again when time to pay bill. All drinks and food brought by someone else. This is not expected for the price. Food again was very average. Would not recommend.

Not too happy with our experience last time at sushi blue as our food came out late and they did forget some of our order. The food is always great and tasty but the service was very disappointing. Go round. Still would go back as it is a great restaurant, but it seems as if things have changed.

A great place for good sushi. We ask for a lot of different rolls and every one was delicious. I specially recommend the one who has a little piece of lemon or lime because that make them have a great taste.

Been eating here for 4 years, probably 35+ times - over the last year the quality of fish they use has decreased significantly. On last visit, the salmon was on par with cardboard. Rolls are still edible but not great and definitely not what they used to be. Sad, used to be a bi-weekly mainstay.Don’t know when or if I’ll go back.

Overall, the food was fine and service was ok, but not great. It was very busy, at the end of Sundance, so I give them some grace. That said, once it slowed down in there the service did not improve. It was expensive. I prefer other sushi spots in Park City over this one.

The food was actually NOT great. This place is not for a real sushi eater. It was not real authentic Japanese style. There was no flavor and the fish taste like is was about to expire very soon. We only ended up here because everything else was booked. We will never go back there. It was a waste of money and meal!

The fish quality has taken a huge nosedive since last year ski season. And the server was difficult and largely absent. It's too bad. I have had many good past experiences here.
