This was the worst Park City restaurant experience we had. Our reservation was for the dining room but we got sat in the bar. Then we had no waiter. I had the salmon and it was dry and tasteless. Save your (hole bunch of) money and go to Grappa or Fletchers if you want good salmon. This restaurant is the pits!

Great night, great food, great waiter! Our waiter was Scott W and he was so enthusiastic about the menu and just brought great energy to a terrific night out. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and look forward to returning because it was so hard to choose between the offerings.

We celebrated a birthday with a large group. Our server was great. The food is delicious. We loved the crudite and hummus starter. We also had the baked Brie. The popular choices were the seabass and the filet but I think the star dish was the lamb shank.

Pine Cone Ridge was fantastic from beginning to end. We were seated promptly by a friendly hostess stand. Our server Adam was fantastic! Adam is professional, polite, personable and very knowledgeable about the menu. He is a PROFESSIONAL server. The oysters, beef carpaccio, meatloaf special and the Bison steak were all very well curated and delicious!! So much detail went into the entrees. Pine Cone Ridge is a must in Park City! Thank you to Adam!!! We rre so grateful we had the gift of sitting in your station. Anne Marie and John

Pricy like most of the Park City”s nicer restaurants. A nice lamb shank has a raw cost of about 8-10, cooked and put on the plate it was $58. Delicious but $10 overpriced. Being in the business and knowing food cost I have to simply forget the value proposition, chill out, have a cocktail and have a good time which I did. They did a very nice job overall.

My son and I make Pine Cone Ridge an annual stop on our ski trip. The service is always great and the food is amazing. We have had a number of wonderful meals in Park City but Pine Cone Ridge is the restaurant that is always on repeat! Already looking forward to next year!

Pine Cone Ridge underwhelmed us, especially considering that it is a Bill White restaurant. Some issues are systemic while others are due to a lack of training or care. Our party of 5 was seated at a large, nice, and elevated booth. The issue here is that the server could only reach the first 2 diners. All diners had to constantly shuttle dirty plates and silverware to the front of the table or water glasses for refills. Appetizers were hit or miss. The Spicy Clams were awesome. The Chicken fried mushrooms were amazing. However, at $24, way overpriced. The bread basket ($8) was spotty and also overpriced. The entrees were mostly poor. While my crispy duck leg was very tasty with a side of delicious brussels, my wife's salmon was dry and overcooked. Her sides of cold cucumber and asparagus didn't work with the hot salmon and the wild rice was undercooked and crunchy. Other diners had the Chilean Sea Bass for $68. While the fish was good, the enormous pile of cold winter vegetable slaw was also a disappointment. Perhaps my biggest issue was with the server and the manager/sommelier. I asked the server for the vintage of 2 different wine bottles as they are not listed. He came back and said that the first one was 2021. That was too young for me, so I asked about the other? He said that would take a long time to find out as the bartender was very busy. I replied that i didn't mind as we were still ordering the apps. A minute later, he returned and said 2020. I said that would work and ordered a bottle. When the manager/sommelier came by with it, he had 2 bottles; 2016 and 2019. Wow, our server flat out lied to me. I selected the 2016 and all was good until we ordered the second bottle. The manager simply opened it and poured it! No tasting, no new glass to taste it in. For dessert, the chocolate souffle cake and hot cocoa with beignets were outstanding. Too bad we already had a bad taste in our mouths from everything else we endured.

We were seated shortly after arriving. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and we received water and a nice crudite bowl with hummus as soon as we were seated. Our waiter, however, didn't really have much personality and wasn't as attentive as he was to the table of two ladies beside us. The food came out very quickly. We had the cauliflower soup which was amazing. The rest of the meal was ok, except for the cauliflower au gratin side dish which was amazing. They sure know how to work with cauliflower. The salmon was not good and the bison New York steak though flavorful was very tough. Overall I would say there are plenty of better restaurants in Park City at this price point.

At $50- $60 per main, everything should be impeccable but really the experience is closer to $25 per main. Therefore, it's hard to recommend as the value is amiss. Per the food, there were two low points. Our baked brie was so runny it was like a soup. The duck slightly overcooked and dry. On a positive note, the brussels with the duck were absolutely fabulous - this is how everything should have been. The other food (French onion soup, a salad, pierogies) very solid but not memorable. The service is inconsistent. In the dining room, all polos and collared shirts but the person who sat us was in a crop top and jeans, more reminiscent of an Applebees. Our waiter seemed to have a part of someone else's order in hand half the time when talking to us. For example, one time he had a tray of drinks as he handed dessert menus. This is bad form for a finer dining establishment. Also, a pet peeve of mine is to offer sparkling or still water to start but not have sparkling on tap; it's misleading. Again, these are small things but at finer dining price point, out of place.

It was a very loud atmosphere, wait staff was very good. Meal seemed very pricey, had a filet that was overcooked to what I asked and the sea bass was just ok. I wish I could have rated some of the questions asked a 3 - 1/2 versus just a 3. A 4 would have been a little high but a good 3-1/2 wouls have been my over all. I think the place needs a good signature dish that it does very well and then have dishes that would compliment that. I would give it a decent review to a friend if asked but I would not say it is a must place to eat. Also I want to add that the other restaurants in the area are so phenomenal it is really hard to give it a fair and equal review, as in other areas this place would be a top tier 4 star restaurant all day. I unfortunately have to rate it with other experiences I have in the area.

A busy night so despite best efforts our server was often not as attentive as expected for the price point. He did thank us for our patience. The food was all delicious especially the carpaccio. The noise level was really high. The price of drinks was more expensive than expected.

We have a lovely Anniversary dinner! The duck and chicken were excellent! We also loved the cauliflower soup and chocolate soufflé. Our waiter was attentive and gave great recommendations. We enjoyed the upscale environment and it was fun to be downtown.

Online booking will let you book minors in the bar area. If not allowed that should be incorporated to the booking website. Food and service were great. Besides my little complaint, we enjoyed our meal.

Go to this place as soon as you can! Everything was great ( best French onion soup EVER!)... service (Scott's a rockstar) did a great job explaining all dishes and pacing our meal!

The restaurant, like so many, is very loud. Otherwise, it's beautifully appointed. Our waiter, though very busy, was professional and friendly. The filet and mashed potatoes with asparagus and bearnaise sauce was delicious. The lobster had too many chile peppers for my taste and the twice-baked potato was tough. I wouldn't choose it again.
