This is my usual go to for the famous bowl, but I recently tried their chizza.. super yummy until I got food poisoning. Some people I know said they got food poisoning twice from this location. Not sure how I feel about this place now.

We stopped in Payson Utah at the KFC on are way home to St George Utah after we left a funeral in Salt Lake City . The weather was getting bad still had a long ways to go. Went into the woman restroom it was gross and no toilet paper. Guess we should have left then. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich 1 combo. They our the worst that crap they put on there sandwich is horrible and the KFC sauce was not much better. KFC has gone way down hill and they used to have the best chicken ever never again . Not busy at all service was fast but food sucked a waste of 15.00 dollars . Sorry but true.

HOT, FRESH chicken wasn't what I was expecting! The location near my house needs help. THIS location does not! I've stopped at this location several times now, and each time, it's the same thing! Fresh, hot food! Even mid day, when it's slow, the food is fresh! Thumbs up to the management too for hiring nice, friendly people! The cashiers are young but friendly and outgoing! I thought I had accidently pulled into a Dutch bros coffee drive thru! If you, too, have given up on KFC...stop and try this location as you head north or south on I 15. Or, if you live in the area and don't want to cook! You won't be sorry!
This is one the best locations I have been too! The food is always good. BUT the service!! Is phenomenal. As a local to the area this is one place I can always count on good customer service, and a correct order. We don’t come here all that much, but every time we do, they are fast the food is warm. We have always gone through the drive-through. They are very clear at the speaker. They are very quick to approach you at the window, and very kind. Highly recommend this Payson location.

I doordash kfc tonight and I was expecting the food to be good and cooked well because times in the past I’ve got kfc and it was good. Well I order the 3pc. Chicken Big box and the chicken wasn’t even cooked good there was still pink on it Im very disappointed and I hope they do a better job at cooking the food all the way from here on out
