I have been to this location many times. It takes a longgg time for the sandwhiches to come out so I have always thought they were short staffed. Last time we went they forgot our drink and chips while they were just talking to each other the whole time. And this time, he asked for my name, confirmed it at the window and then 5 minutes later came to ask me what I ordered. Then gave me the wrong order lol, so I went inside to see 5-6 employees just standing around lol. I love jersey mikes i j can’t go back to this location.

I like this place. I feel like the sandwiches are lacking something. I don't know how to describe it, because it's still really good. It just feels like it needs more...stuff? I've tried a few different sandwiches and they all have the same vibe.Ignore everything I'm saying because the food is good

We go to this location often after getting pedicures next door.The last 2 times we have been here, we have received horrible treatment from the same girl. I have never seen someone treat customers this way.I have owned and managed business’ and I would fire my employee if I ever saw them talk to anyone the way we were talked to.I normally don’t leave bad reviews, ever, but this has now happened twice with the same girl.The first time I asked for toppings on my sandwich after she wrapped it up without asking what I wanted on it. She argued with me and after telling her 3 times, she finally opened it back up and slopped some toppings on. When I got home, she had dumped SO much oregano on my sandwich it was not edible. It had spoonfuls of it. I threw the entire sandwich away. And these aren’t cheap.Today, we were again treated very rudely, by Kara. We eventually said something as we were eating, as she was throwing chairs around and slamming the trash cans. We couldn’t even enjoy a conversation and we were the only people in there.She then yelled (literally) at us that we can come talk to her manager, Rachel, another day and have a nice day, then stormed out the door.Very displeased with the service here.

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience here was so positive that I felt I had to. The sandwiches were so fresh and tasty. The portions are huge and they’re really flavorful. The employees were incredibly nice and helpful. 10 stars for customer service! I’ll definitely be going to this Jersey Mikes again!

My husband wanted to stop by for a snack during our road trip. I don't usually pick Jersey Mike's as my sandwich spot but it was right off the road. He ordered a chicken philly with bleak customer service. The sandwich came and it was just bread (not of our choice, apparently there are bread choices) and the chicken part, it was smushy. Completely, lacking crunch. All in all it was not the best experience. And it was not the place itself or the sandwich (lettuce and tomatoes would have been nice). It was the lack of customer service and asking a few questions. It's important to treat all customers the SAME.

Drive through takes quite awhile and we only ordered 2 sandwiches. A veggie and Turkey and provolone. So weird to me that you have to request mayo on a sandwich. We definitely don't get the hype about this place but wanted to give them a try.
