Got a coupon book with a free large pizza offer from buying tires from a local tire shop. But ordering was easy, with a great many options for customization, I selected a time to pick up the pizza and it was ready when I stopped in to retrieve it. The worker was friendly and helpful. The directions were easy and the pizza (all meat) was very tasty and delicious, with a very nice soft crust that had a bit of a crispy edge to it. We enjoyed it and the experience very much. The only problem encountered was that the pizza was too large for our cookie sheet I put it on for stabilization while baking.

We love this place. I almost always do an online order and pick it up. They are usually ahead of schedule! I get there a little early as to not hold them up and my pizzas have always been ready, so far. The quality is fantastic. Ingredients are fresh. The Cowboy is a favorite of my kids. It is a little pricey compared to say Little Caesars but the quality is 100% better! The employees always greet me with a smile. Haven't had a wrong order yet!
I have a discount card that is pretty old , but doesn't have a expiration date on it, so I used the sticker that say $7 , but the total was $ 8....some, so the young girl told me that it was $7.75. . So a older lady showed p and said that the card was really old and then that was way the price change, and she say that prices go up with time. I have worked in the food restaurant industry and is not costumers fault that the card doesn't expire. She fix the price and say some like she is no given more extra discounts. Is frustrating that she try to give a explanation with a lecture and act like she was doing a favor for me for $0.75 cents. Food is great and the young employees are great.

Great place to go to get freshly made pizza they also have good coupon deals and usually have a good experience. Only if you have time when I ordered my pizza online that I did not get what I wanted or they did not put all the ingredients that suppose to go on it. In this case I would recommend to go there and order your pizza so you're there to make sure everything is good. The only downfall is that most of the coupons are for online orders only which not fair because of what I previously stated. It would be a good upgrade for the company sing all coupons be able to not only online but in person as well.

I ordered online. When I picked up the order I was greeted by a very friendly smiling crew member who made sure the order was correct. The pizza was great! We ordered the spicy thai chicken. That was a great new choice for us.
Chicken bacon ranch pizza with red sauce??? Who does that? We ordered two pizza’s one being chicken bacon ranch with creamy garlic sauce and specifically note red sauce (which you think would be obvious) we came and grabbed our pizzas and immediately went home cause we were hungry and threw them in the oven. When we pulled out the chicken bacon ranch (which did look like chicken bacon ranch) and cut into we realized someone messed up and called them about it.The reason we’re upset is how they handled it. They weren’t really apologetic and kind. They said “there’s nothing we can do because you already cooked it.” It’s not like they can even take it back if it’s uncooked so that didn’t make any sense for one but not even a refund for just the one pizza that they messed up??? Come on really? It’s just bad business.We’ve both have been Papa Murphy’s fans since we were kids but you’ve got to realize a bad experience like this means that we personally won’t go back to this location. It’s one thing to be a customer that complains about everything, it’s another to let them know they made an obvious mistake and them not trying to make amends.Note: the ranch on top in the picture is from us before we realized the sauce was wrong.

I was there Aug 9, 2023.I ordered online, when I arrived no one talked to me ( but that has been the norm the last 3 visits) I'm not sure how ONE EMPLOYEE is supposed to run an entire store?!? Anyone can easily walk in and take the pre-made pizzas, that people order.Second, I don't know what is up with the crust, but it tastes different, tasteless, and is limp, never crisps up and soggyish. I can't describe it. It's just nasty!Sadly, we won't be back, we've tried 3 different times. .
I can’t have gluten, and their gluten free crust is awesome! Everything was very clean and staff was helpful and very professional especially for being a younger group of kids. Very impressed!

Walked in at 7:29 and was told they wouldn't serve me because they stop taking orders at 7:30. They are open til 8 according to every posted schedule i see. Lazy teenagers working there probably don't have a manager on duty. because really they straight up refused service for no real reason.

This location is constantly excellent. The staff is conversive, the pizza is made timely, and the toppings are just right. I’m cursed with a dairy allergy and they do a great job at customizing my pizza and making regular ones for my family.

I came here at 7:45 to get a pizza and the employees told me they couldn’t make me one because they close at 8. They said they were short staffed so they can’t take orders after 7:40. They had already put away most of the ingredients and it seemed like the employees were just trying to get out the door as soon as they were officially closed. I asked them to please take my order since it wasn’t closed yet but they wouldn’t do so. I asked them why it says they close at 8 and not 7:40 if that’s when they can’t take orders. They were quiet and couldn’t respond. It seems like these employees were lazy and didn’t want to take care of a customer because it would mean they couldn’t close down everything early.

The speciality pizzas are the way to go. The pumpkin shaped one in the fall and the heart shaped one near Valentines.
