Forgot to give me a big part of my order tried to check the box before I drove off to double check there's was no cars behind me and they rushed me I didn't get to fully check it. I called them back cause I was irritated when I went home they forgot some stuff. And they hung up on me and refused to fix it cause I was upset with them obviously I was. Horrible they should understand people may want to check their order due to this... And of course a customer may not be happy if they don't get all Thier food. Not happy at all. I've worked in drive thru's before and this is not right. this was horribly handled it's not ok. I'd give zero stars if I could. Seriously this was a jerky manager that could care less

First, the portion sizes seem to get smaller and more expensive every few years. Second, I have a child with severe dairy allergies. Every time I ask for Fresca tacos the food is contaminated with shreds of cheese. This time I made sure to go to the employee and she also told the food prepared about our order and how important it was to not have any cheese on these tacos. We got home again and it was the same as previous orders. We’ve probably purchased 15 tacos in the past where my child isn’t able to eat them so we will have to make her something and she is left with want and us without what we wanted and paid for. Don’t offer dairy free options if you can’t keep your food from being contaminated.

Normally I get great service. But how in the world do they “run out of breakfast” before their breakfast hours have ended. Apparently they didn’t want to cook more eggs for fear of not being able to sell them all before breakfast hours end. So they just end breakfast early at randoms times while still taking breakfast mobile orders. Sounds like management cares more about money than they do serving customers or wasting customers time driving down to pick up an order without telling them they won’t fill their order. Staff is awesome! This is a management issue!

Went through the drive through and they didn’t give me any hot sauce. I went around and said, hey I didn’t get any. So they handed me a bag that was half full.My food was also cold.I get it, you work fast food, we’re hungry some are hangry. But this was pretty bad.

Not all Taco Bells are created equal! Any TB connoisseur already knows this, though - obviously. This Cedar Hills location is one of the elite TBs around. Friendly workers, quick food, and my cheesy gordita crunch (with a nacho cheese shell, of course) is always right on point. Side note - zero sugar Baja Blast might be the best soda out there.

This location really takes care of people. I’m a big lover of Taco Bell and I’ve been going here for my entire life. Probably come at least once to two times a week.
