Went through the dive thru today and the gentleman who took our order was so friendly and professional. When we got to the window to pay, the cashier was great and our sandwiches were ready so fast it felt like magic. I couldn't have been more impressed with the service and the food was delicious as well!
Just went to this location for the third time. Each time has been a disaster! But today the kid with long-ish brown curly hair that was working the drive through window was exceptionally ignorant! He rushed through our order, had ZERO customer service skills! We orders 3 sandwiches none of them labeled! Each sandwich was poorly made!! I wish I could post pictures on here! I absolutely LOVE JIMMY JOHNS PICKLES! I purchase 8-10 pickles weekly and even have a jar in my fridge to make sure they stay fresh so I can eat them through out the week. I know a good pickle when I try one and these are the BEST! Im always greeted by Jimmy John’s crew with a smile and asked “How many pickles?” ??
