You get what you pay for. My teenager and his friends love it and could eat it every day all day.

We were there March 21, 2024 and the service was horrible. Workers were rude and they told us to leave well before closing. Also, the chicken was so dry and made me sick. If I could leave no stars I would.

Kicked us out well before closing. Were super rude to all of us from start to end. Wish I could un tip them for being awful customer service. (This is for whoever closed the store March 21, 2024.)

At first, Bajio feels a lot like Cafe Rio or Costa Vida, but it has some unique dishes and flavors from the Bajio region of Mexico. They build your meal quickly and the place is clean.

Omigosh! We were so happy to find Bajio was still here. There used to be one in St. George and we were so sad when it left. The food here is just as good and the staff is very friendly. Y'all need to open one in St. George. St. George is growing and y'all would be very successful there. The other two restaurants that are similar do not hold a candle to Bajio. Please come back!

Their pineapple and shrimp salad is super tasty?Their staff was really nice, polite, helpful & clean. The restaurant was very clean !Their tamalitos are filled with cheese, the dough is moist & fluffy, good tasting. You choose what meat to top them with, which is different from the traditional tamales, but they were good! ?

Fast and fresh are hard to get right — especially with mexican. Bajio does that balancing trick pretty well imo. Tamales, chimichangas, enchiladas, and wet burritos with your choice of rice and beans, fresh pico de gallo for those who like it. Meat choices are chicken, beef, pork, or shrimp. Not mexico mexican, but definitely compares to so cal mexican.
