Had to change my review from 5 star to 1, food quality went down, it was mostly fat instead of beef itself , I just couldnt eat that meat with all those fats attached to it , so gross , very little portion of lettuce and they didnt put everything in my salad that I asked for , such a waste of money , I would rather eat sth at home.

I always love cafe rio. The line moved fast and the food was good. I got a grilled steak salad and the steak was cooked really really well. The only downside is that they ran out of ice and some of the soda fountain options, but you always have the aguas frescas if they don't have the soda you want.
Food was lovely. The resturant is clean and well maintained.The outstanding part of this dining experience tonight was a beautiful Peruvian woman named Rosario who was bussing the tables. She greeted me and my friend, she asked if we needed anything more. She was so kind in her service, full of smiles for us and the other patrons. She made this local Cafe Rio feel like a small family run business. She made us feel so welcome like we were part of the family.Don't lose Rosario. She's an absolute gem ? ✨️

I went in through the drive thru to Oder a salad and first I tried to Oder a asada salad and nope they had no asada then I Oder salmon and also the were out. Is you are going to stay open please have your full manu available

Waited over 25 mins for 3 sauces on the app. Nothing but laziness in the restaurant. People working on take out were on there phones and laughing and messing around. Not doing there job. DO NOT ORDER ON THE APP.

Have ordered curbside food for pickup, ive shown up, and have no idea if they are coming to bring it. Used their app, and it doesn't say they are on their way, but you won't receive updates either. Had to go in to get it, but the people working behind the counter were just hanging around just talking with my meal ready behind the counter. Dident want to enter since I had my 2 year old with me. The drive-through is also bad. In this location, has an older lady who can't really hear, so when she can't understand you, she practically starts yelling back. I only come here because my wife like's this food, I could care less.

This is the third time I have ordered my food through the drive-through at this specific restaurant and have had horrible experiences every single time. Today I ordered a tostada, and there was maybe one forkful of pork on my tostada. There were only a few beans and a tiny bit of lettuce. I spent $10 and there was hardly anything in my bowl. I’m very disappointed in the last three times that I have been here.
