I honestly don’t know why I got a piece of metal stuck to my sandwich. They said that it’s a common occurrence so they gave me a new sandwich but it still has me concerned. How is that not a safety hazard? If this happens often, then the fryer should be fixed. As someone who worked in fast food before, I can tell you that this shouldn’t be happening. The staff are nice but i was lucky to have spotted this and be eating on campus. Had I brought this and been far from campus, I never would’ve gotten a new sandwich or money back and instead would’ve wasted 10 bucks.

I ordered at the kiosk and the receipt didn't print out. I wasn't able to get the order number, I wasn't expecting a receipt not to print out. I tried telling the worker that but they pushed me to the side. I was able to get my food like 30 minutes later. My fries were super cold as a result of the whole situation.

There were 4 girls just talking in the front and laughing and 10 orders on the screen to be completed. I asked if any of them could help make my order and they just stared at me. I told Shelbie and she listened and said thanks but never apologized.

The folks at Chick-fil-A know how to do a drive through. Several employees helping move the line along. Very very rarely do they make a mistake on the food. Friendly, good food, great experience.

I love this place!!!!! The chicken nuggets are always so delicious, the lemonade is always just the right balance between sweet and tart, and the waffle fries are unparalleled! Not to mention the sauce and customer service are amazing!

I'm incredibly disappointed. I have had multiple bad experiences here. Today when I got a chicken sandwich I asked for multiple sauces and the worker proceeded to tell me I could only get one. One tiny packet of sauce is not nearly enough for a chicken sandwich. Another example of their horrible service is when we ordered two sandwiches and they mixed up the spicy/original and the types of cheese. We went back and they told us they couldn't do anything because we didn't have the bag with the order on it. Who saves those?? Finally after arguing with the manager for multiple minutes, they gave us a replacement but we shouldn't have to beg for a new sandwich when it wasn't our fault in the first place. One time my boyfriend and I went through the drive through and got a chicken sandwich and when we got it, there were grill marks on it. However it had the breaded outside, unlike the grilled chicken. We went through again and asked if we could switch them out because the sandwich was burned and even the worker thought it was a grilled sandwich because of how burned it was! Lastly, in the fall we got a autumn milk shake and there was absolutely no flavor or crunchies in it. I am disappointed because it is expensive and in the past the flavor and toppings were there. Whenever I go through the drive through the workers are always talking to each other and often times I feel straight up ignored. I swill never be coming back and I hope their management gets them under control.

Never order mobile. Every since I started mobile ordering I would have to wait at least 15-20 mins for it to be ready. It’s irritating when you have to be somewhere but can’t because it’s taking forever to get the food. I even did a mobile order 10 mins before I actually got to the place and still waiting 15 mins.
