Was in the drive-thru line before 10:30 to order breakfast, the cars finally moved and I went to order at 10:33 and she said they were no longer serving breakfast even though I was there waiting before 10:30.Had to sit and wait through the rest of the line to not order anything… normally I’d never leave a review unless it’s above and beyond service, or the opposite the worst service. It was “my pleasure” to leave this review

Most Chick-fil-As are good places to eat. The one on Cougar Blvd. in Provo, Utah is as good as they get. Always clean. Always friendly. And the service is exceptional. My wife suffers from celiac and needs gluten-free options and these folks cheerfully work to make it happen.

Our field trip on Friday was so epic! The kids had so much fun and they LOVED the food! Thank you Chick-fil-A Bulldog & State (484 W Cougar Blvd, Provo, UT) for feeding our class and making their experience perfect. Margie Pratt made sure the kids had their own line and let them take their time ordering. Other emplyees kept checking on us making sure we had everything we needed!. One of our kids had never eaten there before and said it was the best food ever!Kid-friendliness: Employees are great with the kids. The food is perfect for the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: We had a field trip and we had a wheel chair with us. It was super easy to get around inside and outside. Thr tables worked perfectly for him as well.
Poorest run Chick Fil A in the country. Orders take forever. Go somewhere else.

My wife and I love chick-fil-a! We live in Provo so this is a pretty regular stop for us. Food is usually delicious, but recently our fries have been soggy and it takes us forever to get our food.

Try to get my free nuggets from the Jazz game the other day and this store said they would not honor it even though they honored it for my cousin who got free nuggets from said promotion. This location sucks.
