Chip has the BEST chocolate chip cookie! After trying Crave, Crumbl, Dirty Dough, and Sodamix, our family has determined that Chip is by far the best cookie company. What we also love is that they sell 1 day old cookies at a discounted price of $2.99. No other competitor does that, and we think they taste better the second day. We frequent the Spanish Fork location, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Go check them out!

Shout out to Daniel! My friend and I went here Saturday night around 10pm and it was packed. Daniel was the only person working~ he was patient, and working diligently all alone to fulfill in person orders as well as doordash pickup. Super nice guy who went above and beyond to serve customers despite having no help. Chip, please better staff on Saturday nights so poor Daniel isn’t working all alone.

Better than the other big competitor that has expanded across the country. The others are empty calories, these cookies have soul. And as far as I know Chip is the first company with this type of cookie, the rest were copycats. (No, I’m not affiliated)

I am very disappointed in Chip! I have been to Chip twice in the last 2 weeks to get chocolate chip cookies and both times they said they were out of all types of cookies except their boneless chip.I worked for chip 5 years ago and we NEVER ran out of the OG cookies. We always made sure we had them warm and ready for customers. Chip has gone down hill since they started franchising and never have cookies warm and ready like advertised. Chip has always been my go to but sadly not any more.

For a place that litterally only has one thing they did a sub-par job. Got 4 chocolate chip cookies, their "OG" cookie. Each of them had a hard outside ring and a soft inside which is likely because they were made hours and hours ago and were getting stale when they served them.Usually I don't care about not great quality in cookies, but when it's the entire purpose it's a little sad.
