We went on a Thursday night, and it was busy! But service was fast and it’s clean. There’s not a ton of indoor seating so if it’s crowded you may need to be outside. First off, the ice cream was great and the price was surprisingly reasonable! The staff was very efficient, kind, and even struck up a bit of conversation, which I don't have often and really appreciate. Only negative? It was SUPER busy, and we went at 9 PM when it was 20 something outside!
So good so tasty! ? On an unrelated note, I found a dead opossum behind the building.

Workers didn’t really know anything about their rewards which was frustrating since we were curious about the get one free ice cream that comes with the rewards. Lobby was dirty and holes in the wall were more entertaining than the employees.

Sometimes the volume of the music here is too much for the ice cream magicians to hear clearly, and there was a chair with a bent leg sitting at one of the tables. I sat on the chair not realizing it and it tried to collapse on me. The ice cream was great, the serving time was admirable for 5 different orders, and they had a nice selection of ice cream cakes available. I do wish they had some slightly larger tables for families, but I recognize they probably mostly cater to the high school and college crowd.
Super fast service even with a large line. Plus these guys make sure you get a FULL scoop. And PLENTY of toppings. The shop itself is a little limited on space so there's not a lot of seating for how busy it gets but to me the excellent customer service wins out every time.

Excellent service!Excellent tasting ice-cream my favorite.I have a nut allergy and they took it serios and cared. I ended up getting a love it size but they gave me a gotta have it.The worker was a real one for hooking me up!GO HERE FOR ICECREAM!!!

Cold stone ice cream is the same everywhere. What is different here is the very slow service. It took 30 minutes for 3 people to get their (simple) orders before we could even start ours. Not worth it. I’ve tried this location a few times and the long wait times it’s a pattern.
The manager that was on duty tonight was a gym! Treated us like royalty! Definitely coming back oh I'm just telling

this was the worst experience i’ve ever had at a cold stone. for the first time in 10 years i was denied my choice of mix ins because i have a severe food allergy and the employee was too lazy to mix the ice cream in a clean tupperware/container instead of on the counter. i fully understand the risk of cross-contamination and i accepted said risk, i was only using the same method of avoiding contamination as i have used 100 times before and she would not serve me what i was requesting. not worth the trip into town

The ice cream is the best I have had in years. the Reeses shake was awesome . I am on another planet right now. It was all reasonably priced. The one lady working the night we came was more efficient than a staff of people. She was so nice and helpful. 5 stars 10/10 I recommend you come here.
