We love Costa Vida and have been sooo many times and been soo happy. But today my girlfriend got a kids meal and they put literally no meat. I asked for a tiny bit more and they all thought i was crazy. I feel like $6 you deserve at least a little bit more food. We’re not super mad, we just hope they add more food in the future. :)

Ran into one of the owners and had a terrible experience. He was very rude to both me and the employees he was managing. The sweet pork burrito was significantly smaller and he was hovering over the employees making sure they didn’t put too many grains of rice etc. All in all, I was not pleased and felt bad for the employees. I want to add the normal shift employees were very respectful and kind but VERY poor management.

UPDATE: No wonder the food was disgusting. Glad I only ate the small amount of steak because I ended up with food poisoning. Got home and a couple hours later got sick. Maybe it's time to reach out to the health department.Disgusting food. Loaded with sugar and soy. Bland and not well seasoned. Steak was low quailty mostly chewy fat. Will not ever eat here again. Costa Vida you should be ashamed.

There staff was phenomenal, so kind and fast! The food was delicious and they gave me fair portions. It was clean and organized even through a rush which still only took me about 12 minutes to pay. I could tell that McKeira was training but was apologizing to us for the wait and for training 10/10 would recommend.Kid-friendliness: SOOO KIND TO KIDS!

I went to get the nachos and they put little to no cheese on them. I thought they where nachos but I got chips with meat. I mentioned something and they didn't do anything above it. I didn't want to say this but I'm going to Cafe Rio next time :(

I’m not sure what is up with the one star reviews… Anytime I know I’m going to Provo I specifically stop by this Costa Vida location because it seems superior to the other ones. Every time I go I feel like they really stack up my salad! Other Costa Vidas skimp out and I feel like I get no food. This location specifically always goes above and beyond and gives me a really good meal. I would also like to say that Morgan that works there is an amazing employee. I’ve had multiple encounters with her and she is always so nice & genuine! Great customer service!

We just genuinely love their food and we always get the Sweet Pork either salad or burrito on a regular basis. Quality ingredients and we love this location because everything is always fresh with it being close to the college
