Employees were very uninterested in us being there standing directly in the way multiple times while having personal conversations. Prices are pretty high for what you get when you get "toppings" they literally just shove a couple of pieces to the side of the ice cream. Overall, it was pretty good taste but very messy and kinda just slapped together.

Unique idea, but won’t return.. Generous amount of soft serve ice cream and toppings which were genuinely tasty , but it was way too much for me. I had to scrape some off to try the cone before I got too full. The cone is similar to a baked cinnamon roll but without the gooey. It tastes okay, but isn’t amazing. It also isn’t Crispy, so that was odd. Again, the cone is huge and beautifully created, but was more like eating a meal than having a snack. The service was okay and the atmosphere ordinary. Had to clean our own table because it looked like just 1 person was running the whole show. I recommend this place as far a trying something novel, but it’s pretty much eating vanilla ice cream on a cinnamon roll. Definitely overrated and too expensive. Plus, you’re really going there for the cone experience because …soft serve. Very messy. No way I’d get one for a child as far as size and messiness.I applaud the owners for their hard work but it just didn’t wow me.

Crowded, entered no tip on the machine and it made me pay for a tip anyways, ordered the birthday cake ice cream and it tastes nothing like birthday cake ice cream. Maybe don’t advertise a flavor that doesn’t actually match what you’re advertising?

Yum? if you’ve ever been on a cruise, then this will take you right back! The soft serve tastes just like cruise soft serve and the “cones” are so good. The hot cone with fresh fruit is yummy, and I love the swirl with the original cone with Nutella spread on the cone. It’s such a good treat! I love it!

The food is super delicious. Seriously, you get ice cream in a cinnamon roll type of deal. The sweet, bready cone is amazing! No wonder they offer it on its own.I tried a cone with vanilla soft serve, Biscoff, and strawberries. It hit the spot big time.Inside the store, though... I'm really tired of minimalistic, boring tables and chairs. Make more cozy places. Still, I'll come back.

Didn't quite live up to my expectations. The ice cream was just soft serve and my cone didn't have a lot of flavor and was slightly doughy. Didn't feel worth the price of $8 per cone with tax.

Crispy cones was pretty good. The cone was delicious with the peanut butter or the chocolate smeared on the inside of the cone before filling it up with the soft serve ice cream. The bread like sugar cinnamon cone was good but tricky to eat without dripping ice cream over the top of the little cup the cone is served in. I went on a Friday night. There were at least 20 people there ahead of me. They only had two people working. One making the dough cones and one filling them up with the ice cream. So it was at least a 30 minute wait to get the cones. They have the picture of the menu on the wall with an iPad for ordering so if you don’t know what you are ordering good luck. One guy messed up and ended up with a cone full of fruit topped with whipped cream and no ice cream. So the service was a little lacking. The two guys working were working hard and efficient but on a Friday night it seemed like another worker was needed.

The cone itself is delicious, but the ice cream is just cheap soft serve. It’s also very messy to eat. Overall, pretty good.

Don’t come to Provo often and we decided to try this place at 8:30 at night and had 2 very tired kids but they were excited for ice cream. Walked in and first noticed how incredible hot and stuffy the place was, tables were all used up and so we finally got a table to sit at, and the wait for 2 cones was over 35+ minutes.. kids were getting agitated because of the wait but also the heater was blowing with 75* weather. No high chairs. The ice cream itself was yummy, it was messy and melts quickly but eat it fast. I don’t think we will rush to come back.

Ice cream and cones are amazing and delicious—just can’t get behind ordering from an iPad that asks you for a 15-30% tip on a $9 ice cream and not having anyone talk to you. Tipping is for staff doing a good job, not an iPad doing its job.

We found an awesome new spot for dessert that we totally love! The cones are just the right size. You can easily share with a friend or enjoy one all by yourself. The ice cream tastes amazing, and they have so many fun toppings to choose from. But the best part? There's this tasty cookie butter spread inside the cone, which was a cool surprise and tasted so good. It was way better than we thought it would be! We’re definitely going back to try more flavors. This place is the best for anyone who loves ice cream as much as we do. Can't wait for our next visit!
