I would go here everyday for their brisket egg bagel sandwich if it wasn't so expensive. They need to stop taking notes from five guys.

I love Einstein Bagels, a little pricey but always good! I normally get a bagel with strawberry smear (10/10) and I tried an egg sandwich this time since I had a coupon, very good!

Orem vs Provo is a TOTALLY different experience! My hope in leaving this review is that this can help provide Einstein Bagels a customer's experience that can be considered and re-evaluated. I want you guy's company to continue to grow, your bagels hits the spot and is unmatched!!The experience that i often find frustrating in Provo location specifically is the wait time. I come often, and each time i have renewed hope it will be better, and it still just take a long time. One day i noticed you guys were busy filling on BIG online order. So i ordered just a plain bagel with butter was all figuring that would be easier and quicker. No... i still had to wait about 15-20 minutes. It is wonderful that given the businesses near you guys, including my own work, gets bulk orders from you guys, but since that is such a great business alone, maybe considering enough staff for both. Have your 3-4 staffs for online orders, and 2-3 for customers who walks in, 1 to take the orders and the other 1-2 to fill that order. We can order and leave within 3-5 minutes like in Orem everytime. Just a suggestion that i hope can be considered. I know i'm not the only one who feels frustrated about how long orders take, i just hope you will seriously consider doing something to consider changing it so we can have a better experience, and you can improve customer satisfaction and business. Also, any reason why there are still no table and chairs since COVID19? Maybe there is a reason for it, but Orem you can sit and enjoy time with others, but not Provo anymore, still....?Thanks for your time in considering my lengthy, honest review. I still plan to come, and hope we can start seeing improvement with such a delicious bagel company. Thanks!!

This Farmhouse Egg Sandwich at Einstein Bros. Bagels is an absolute culinary revelation! The combination of cage-free eggs, crispy bacon, succulent ham, rich cheddar cheese, and the innovative addition of Country Pepper Cream Cheese Shmear creates a symphony of flavors that will leave your taste buds dancing. The Cheesy Hash Brown Gourmet Bagel serves as the perfect canvas for this masterpiece. With a caloric punch at 680, this dish is not for the faint-hearted, but for those seeking a gastronomic adventure, it's a journey worth taking. The impeccable execution and bold flavors make this sandwich a true testament to Einstein Bros. Bagels' commitment to breakfast brilliance.

Yummy bagel sandos - recommend Brisket for breakfast & Tasty Turkey for lunch. Pick up order on time waiting for me. Staff friendly, store clean. Parking lot small & tight for entrance/exit.

don't get the avocado toast, the avocado aren't ripe and they don't put good seasoning on it. Save your money.

This Einsteins location is always busy, but they're quick! The tables haven't been returned, so don't plan on dining in. I like to place my order on the app and just grab it from the pick up area. But if you want to customize your order, go in, place your order, and they're great about accommodating requests.

It’s one thing or another. ? Both Provo and Orem are equal distance but Orem is way better than Provo. I wish Provo would turn off mobile ordering if they’re not gonna be able to fulfill orders n a timely manner. And in the order received. Just because someone wanted a bagel plain instead of a sandwich doesn’t mean their order should be made when people have been waiting

Although Einstein Bros. Bagels is my favorite restaurant, I am disappointed that the Provo location is no longer safe and welcoming for families with small children. There are no low tables or chairs inside the restaurant where customers can sit to eat. There is only one high table and a bar where adult customers can stand to eat, but these are not accessible to small children or babies. Incidentally, this decision about the furniture is also cruel and discriminatory towards persons who are handicapped or elderly or who have certain medical conditions. The message that the manager is communicating through the LACK OF TABLES AND CHAIRS is that he/she does not want customers to stay in the restaurant to eat bagels, but instead just buy bagels and LEAVE ASAP. The only low tables and chairs available are outside in the patio. I tried sitting there to eat with my preschool-aged daughter and baby. There was nothing to stop my little girl from wandering away from the table towards the parking lot, Cougar Blvd., or University Avenue; I kept having to ask my daughter to come back to the table. This Einstein Bros. Bagels is a lawsuit and a death certificate waiting to happen. I used to love coming here with my daughter before the pandemic after story time at the Provo Library or on Saturdays before heading to watch the ducks at the BYU duck pond. However, the next time we want bagels, we will be heading to the Orem branch of Einstein Bros. Bagels instead.

I ordered an egg bacon sandwich with no cheese on the sandwich but with an Asiago cheese bagel. For my wife who is pregnant with twins (She can only eat certain things with out throwing up) I was asked if I was stupid because she said “you know Asiago is a cheese”. And then proceeded to talk over me while I tried to finish my order. Total lack of respect and. Customer service and should be trained better.

Lived in Dallas a long time and Einsteins Bros Beagles was always in if my favorite places. Moved back to my home town and no beagle shops. So I go every chance I get when traveling Today they were slammed with orders and still did an amazing job. Everything tasted just like I remembered, so happy thank you.

Almost at as good as homemade. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants an amazing sandwich or just a plain bagel.

A Bagel worth a bunch. Good with all the good schmear stuff, but could be better with just cream cheese. You can add that other stuff at home....or not.. the reg and raisin bagel seemed more like a Baggett, more softie soft, more croissant like. Einstein would have reimagined this one.
