The food here is delicious but the service is terrible! The day I went was a very busy day and I ordered my takeaway food, the girl who was preparing it was very rude and rude all the time. She had glasses and curly hair, several delivery people were waiting for her orders and she threw them away without having any kind of care, so you ordered your food through some app that day, most likely is that your order arrived in poor condition thanks to this girl! If I could qualify her only, I would undoubtedly give her a big 0

food is good, but the customer service is HORRIBLE. we walked in at 8:31 no one was there at they close at 9 and had 4 workers there who were on their phones. they gave us so much attitude and told us that we aren’t allowed to eat inside because they close at 9. they then give us our food in a takeout bag and didn’t put in any napkins or anything. they just glared at everyone that walked in. as someone who works in the service industry they DEFINITELY need better people skills because they were awful

For years my wife and I have found Firehouse Subs to be a superior place to get sandwiches.

While traveling through Provo today, we decided to call in an order for a steak and cheese and a smokehouse beef and cheddar. After picking up my order, (it was still being made when we arrived) we found that the sandwiches hadn't been heated, the chees wasn't melted and the meat on both sandwiches was as cold as the pickle. Very very disappointing.

I really like this place, and the food was really good. But I do have a complaint, I unfortunately observed one person on the staff who seem to be very busy being touchy with the other people working there, it was uncomfortable to say the least.

The food here is pretty good and all the staff was pretty friendly. One thing was that there was a guy who was just extremely weird with other staff members. It seemed to make everyone feel awkward he was being extremely unprofessional and very touchy which is something that is rather odd in a work setting. He seemed to just be hovering over other staff it was odd to say the least and not very pleasant to witness while I was trying to enjoy my meal.

The food there was amazing I really loved the way they prepared my food. My only complaint would be the two workers who didnt seem to know how to keep their hands off each other. There is a time and place and this was neither. It made me very uncomfortable and was very unprofessional. This is something that should definitely be addressed.

I came into firehouse subs this evening hopeful to partake of a thanksgiving sub. 3 days prior I receive an advertisement showing such sub and have been overjoyed thinking about the day I would experience eating it. This evening after a tough loss in intramural football I was surprising optimistic knowing that would have the chance to consume the mouthwatering thanksgiving sub. When we asked the workers for the sub to our dispare the workers had never heard of such sub. We search on inter web details of the advertisement and sadly found that only stores in the south east were participating in the highly coveted limit time offer. In our disappointment we pondered leaving, however we were famished and grudgingly decided to stay and eat. Despite the unexpected disappointment due to the poor advertising we had scrumptious sandwiches and Mac and cheese. The good food and great friends took the horrendous experience of being deceived by the advertising team from a 0 start experience to 2 stars. I will never forget this depressing experience that was giving to me due to the incompetence of the firehouse sub advertisement team.

Sign on door says “DINING ROOM CLOSED - ONLINE ORDERS ONLY”. You can’t even order at the counter. A great way to run away the only people keeping you in business. There are currently more employees than customers in the building.Go figure.

I like firehouse, but they are difficult to work with. I got a bday free sub and it says to go to app and it was not listed, also it is down a lot. When I try to call the phone just rings and no one ever answers. A bit frustrating!
