Great tasting sandwiches. My favorite is the New Yorker, but if I'm in the mood for mushrooms I'll do the NY Jet. Anything, you can't go wrong really. I love the roast beef ones though. And it's in a good location inside the Chevron.

Waited for someone to help me at the front counter for over 5 minutes. Paid $7 for a bagel that was covered in oil/grease and my grilled onions were raw. Super disappointing. This location has gone way down hill over the last few years.

The people at this location need to get their act together. Twice now I have ordered a breakfast sandwich with my hash browns ON THE SIDE and they have put them on the sandwich. Plus, you can't even remove it because the cheese is all melted into them so that would leave my sandwich cheeseless. I order from there fairly often but maybe I will just have to go back to Ernie's where they fix the order right!!

The food was as expected for a Gandolfos but I wanted to give a shout out to the employee who took my order. I unfortunately cannot remember his name but is costumer service was fantastic. It was refreshing to have an employee smile and ask how you were doing.Dietary restrictions: They did not have any GF bread options.

I was super excited to eat here cause I’ve heard good things but we weren’t treated well at all and I want to say we were overcharged. $25 for two subs is ridiculous when the bread is stale. Super bummed about it! We had a coupon code and the lady said she’d apply it and then didn’t and charged us a lot more than we should’ve been charged. Would like to get a refund.

I've been going here for over 15 years and today I got the worst sandwich ever.It will be a while before I come back.
Everything was good till I had to use the restroom. It was a wreck. I'm sorry but it was dead slow I was one of 2 tables of customers at the restaurant. It looked as if the restroom had not been cleaned since last week.

In the past I’ve loved this location but it seems that since they got new ownership and become Gandolfo’s deli market their customer service has gone down hill. It’s too bad since this location is closer to my home. I’d rather drive to Orem to a location where I’ll be treated nicely and they’ll accept offers they advertise.

They always put way too much Mayo n mustard, even when I specifically ask for little. Their mushrooms loaded with too much vinegar. My bread soggy because of being drowned in the Mayo mustard, by the time I get home n clean out the sandwich it’s all falling apart. This has happened one too many times at this Provo location. I advise go somewhere else. Very disappointing, it used to be good but the quality this year- SUCKs.
