Bad managementMeh servicePlastic silverwareManager was rude, told us we weren’t supposed to be there for our reservation, made us wait 30 min to get seated, and told us off for browsing games on the shelves while we waited.Could tell the food was all heavily frozen and microwaved. Lots of games tho

I went when it wasn't busy and the servers were awesome. There's so many games to choose and play. The food is a bit pricey. It tastes good but there's not

We came here with a group of friends and had a great time playing game! They have so many card and board games to choose from, so it's easy to choose games that everyone likes. We got fries to snack on as we played and they were excellent! The price, both for the food and the games, was perfectly reasonable.

We've been twice and had hit-or-miss service and food. The first time, the service was great and the food was outstanding! The second time, however, we were instructed to "yell as loud as we can" if we wanted a server to come over and take our order, get us anything, or even get us our check. Our server (the only server in the whole restaurant actually) was frequently off chatting with friends. Our order was frequently messed up (e.g. normal fries instead of Cajun fries, and when we yelled for our server to let him know, he quickly fetched some Cajun fries that seemed like Cajun seasoning had just been dumped on top of the normal fries). The food was different from the first time and frankly not worth the price (almost seemed like they had broken some cheap frozen food out of the freezer to use instead of what we had last time), and we had to hunt across the entire restaurant to find some napkins for ourself. The first time made us want to come back. The second time will probably keep us from returning any time soon.If it's any hint to others, the first time was a week night this past summer, and the second was a weekend a few weeks ago. Both nights had about the same amount of customers. Not sure if there's been a change in management or chef. Different servers both times though.Parking: There is 2 hour free street parking outside the restaurant

Isaac was our server and he is the best! He is so funny and puts so much effort into everything he does. He kept inside jokes going with each member of our party of 9, remembered all of our orders, always came at the perfect times to fill our drinks. He was 13/10 we were all so impressed with him.

About a 3.5 from me. Went on marvel trivia night. It was my first time here. The place has a nice social aspect to it. Playing board games and forcing you to interact with the people you came with, which is rare nowadays. The food was ok, got the teriyaki burger with fries and a mocktail, which was pretty refreshing. The burger and fries were nothing too special, but the service was awesome. Our server (Bruce Banner) was very attentive, and fast. The trivia aspect was pretty cool to. Fun night, give this place a try.

While the gaming atmosphere is a great twist, the food is pretty sub-par. Isaac seemed like a great host/waiter at first, until he repeated word his same, cheesy, welcome spiel to every other table (which we could hear every single time). It got old real quick. The games are honestly the only thing I'd go back for.

The manager is absolutely a piece of work.Went a couple days ago and overheard a conversation between him the the server. Being someone who works in HR this was an appalling interaction to witness. This man looks about 10+ years older than his teenage waitstaff. Talking about such crude subjects, as well there is an obvious bias he holds to people who fall under the dominate religion here. Corporate really should look into who they are putting in such positions. I am stunned that he has employees at all. Besides that my server was attentive and the food was overpriced but you come for the games not the food. So I would say beside the management this is a cool spot!

Since they have been bought out there service has lacked. The food quality went down and we waited an hour for a drink, it wasn’t even super busy. Wednesday night The games were fun but the food and service were bad . We used to love this place and go all the time but we won’t be going as often anymore.

Our waiter Isaac was top-notch!! He made us feel welcome and added to the festive atmosphere of our game night. He was quick to help out and very responsive. We enjoyed the poutin and artichoke dip for shared snacks. The cob salad was especially good. We played Chameleon and Poetry for Neanderthals--super fun party games!Vegetarian options: Impossible Burger and salad

Came for the gimmick of a game cafe, stayed for the righteous games and surprisingly good food! My son was welcomed at the local chess club here, so the rest of us hung around and got dinner. Really really good food. Great atmosphere too. You're really surprising me, Provo!

Gavin was our waiter and he was so nice and helped us with whatever we needed. They had lots of games and atmosphere was really fun they don’t rush you. I got the raspberry feta salad and chicken nuggets as pictured.

Very fun environment, low-key and relaxing. We loved playing new games together. Server Isaac was amazing! Food was ok. Not bad but nothing special. Specialty drinks were delicious!Kid-friendliness: Good food options for kids and lots of kids games to play. Wholesome environment.

The food was great! The board games were surprisingly well cared for considering how many people use them.

The food prices were a lot higher but the portion sizes had gone down as well as the quality of the food in general. I heard they were also getting rid of the snacks which was one of the biggest selling points for me so that was highly disappointing.
