Something fundamental in any taqueria is lemons and on my last visit there were no accompaniments on the island, so I went up to the counter to ask for some and the lady who was serving simply told me that they didn't have lemons, apart from the fact that in their response included a certain tone of mockery or sarcasm, well... I clarify that I don't know if they don't use them in this location (Orem), otherwise in the Eagle Mountain branch where they serve very well and always have lemon.Something I also noticed is that the flavor of the tacos changes a lot from one branch to another (at Eagle Mountain the tacos have an exquisite flavor).

The food is decent. My friend and I both got a #3, which is three of their signature tacos chips and guacamole. We ordered at the same time, but his came out ten minutes later. Is it good? It's good enough for lunch.
A far fall from my original review seen below. Quality and taste have gone down while prices have gone up. There is no consistency between visits and locations so even ordering the same thing again turns to disappointment. This place went from the best and now sits along with other fast food chains. Almost any other taco truck has been better. I'm really sad about it because they were one of the good spots here.Original post from 2017Such good tacos. Not a traditional street taco truck but that’s what makes them stand out. A must try. The street tacos don’t skimp on the meat at all and their carne asada is amazing. Their specialty tacos are simple variations on the Jurassic taco, which is so tasty but I would love to see what else they get creative with. Highly recommend. The food was decent. Pretty typical Mexican food. The service was a little difficult The cashier didn't speak English very well and my wife wasn't sure if she understood her order or not or what she ordered. The restaurant itself was really cool they had music videos and signs and very clean and classy. I did enjoy the dinosaur theme.
