Not sure why I go here. The last three experiences were substandard, at best. Horrible service, waited 2-3 minutes to get helped, ordered ahead, and still wasn't ready when I got there. Last time I ordered, when I got it, it was cold. I'm pretty much done with KFC as a whole anyway.

Ordered on DoorDash and after and hour I never got my food and they told the Dasher that it was already delivered……so why was the Dasher there??? So unintelligent and inconsiderate. Wouldn’t make the meal and never got my food and never got a refund

We each ordered a mini swirl from the menu, but server said only size available was regular. Regular size was quite small and was not even to top of cup, even though they put a plastic extension on top. Tasted good, but not much ice cream.

The biscuits are about half the size the entrees were half the size the chicken was dry and small in it I've been eating KFC for the last 30 years and I'll never buy there again it was the worst chicken I had at a 30 years at a KFC that was my favorite place to eat to

I've been to probably over 20 different KFC's in my life. All over the country. And because I was visiting this restaurant around 3:00 PM I was expecting chicken not as fresh as usual. But wow! It was fresh, moist and delicious. Service was top notch. Restaurant was clean and organized. I will be back!

Very poor communication and customer service. Told me they were "out of fry sauce" when I asked for some because I thought my meals came with fries. Instead of communicating the misunderstanding and allowing me to add to my order, the employees pulled me forwards to cheat the time system and rudely handed me the order without telling me there were no fries. Also charged me for a strawberry lemonade upcharge on both meals but didn't give me the correct drink.
I ordered original recipe chicken, but what I was served was missing 7 or 8 of the original herbs and spices. We were the only people waiting to order, but it still took 10 minutes to get an employee to notice that we were there... and every table in the dining room was dirty, as well as the drink atation being a mess. Really not impressed.Parking: Half of the parking lot is empty because it is reserved for handicapped or food ordered on an app for delivery. I guess they don't want people to dine in any more.
