We had ice cream and the bubble gum flavor was spoiled already, the vanilla one was fine. I let them know and the gentleman that was there was very nice and switched out the bubble gum flavor for another one. The other 2 ladies were rude. I ordered a coconut raspado and I didn’t try it until we were in the car and it was disgusting, it was also spoiled. We won’t be returning.

DONT COME HERE!!!! Horrible service the ladys are rude for no reason. If you working in customer service and give attitude to clients for no reason just might aswell quit your job and do something else. This other girl who was serving had long nails covered with cheese and mayonnaise it was disgusting. Don’t come here Rancho market has better deals and way nicer people if you want something close or even raspados jalisco.

i came in jan 11th and the older lady worker was extremely rude for the reason of her cleaning up already before closing. i was craving a pregnant snack and came for a simple Tosti, Locos and she was rude the minute we walked in. the bag it’s self had about 2 cucumbers and barely any nuts and so little chips, it was basically just packed with pigskin and nothing else.

Everything is overpriced i paid $32 for 3 little bags of doritos with nacho cheese, service is bad you have to ask for a straw, napkins or whatever you need and they have a really bad attitude. NOT RECOMMEND!

Pay the exact amount. They charged if you pay with card and don't have change if you pay cash, they give you candies instead. For us were .89 and while we waited for the change cause we didn't want the candies, he said the same thing to everyone who paid in cash. Bad service, I used to like this place.
