We order from here at least once a week. We have both good and bad pizza days. When it's a good puzza day, it's amazing and delicious, when it's a bad pizza day, it's just alright. The workers have always been very nice and communicated with us if there were any delays or if we had any questions.

Ordered a Pretzel crust pizza and the salt was dumped in the middle and not on the crust. And the crust was not even pretzel. Was just regular crust. Poorly made pizza ruined by the salt.

The front is a bit small for too many customers but it stays clean and inviting, it is a college area store so not many hanging around. A lot of grab n go. They have always made very good pizzas, never slim on the fixins and very tasty.

Whish I could give 0 stars. Management is absolutely horrible. There is no quality control so pizzas are always bad. I’ve had barely any sauce, raw, burnt, half the crust without toppings, etc. usually have to wait 30-40 min for pizza because they never have any, and if you order online, they will notify you that it's ready 30 min before it actually is and then yell at you for trying to pick it up.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza on the app and it told me it would be an hour until the pizza was ready. I understood that they were probably busy so I ordered and started waiting. About an hour later the app told me my order was ready and so I drove over to pick it up. The guy at the counter told me they were very busy and the order wasn’t actually ready (so why would the app tell me it was?). He told me it would be about another 15 minutes. I decided to wait inside the restaurant. About 10 minutes later the guy asked me if I had just ordered a pepperoni pizza. When I told him it was stuffed crust he told me they wouldn’t be able to make my pizza. He said he would get a refund ordered and I left empty handed. The fact that I waited the full time the app told me to wait plus more time in the restaurant just to be told they wouldn’t do my order is ridiculous. Whether it’s a problem on the app or a problem with this location it needs to be fixed.

When placing a mobile order, the app says the pizza is ready, but when I come in, it’s not ready happens every time.
I ordered 2 pizzas 1 hour before I got there at 7 and it took them about an hour to fill! The guy that took orders was very flustered!

I’d give this location 0 stars if that were an option. I ordered a pizza through the app and got a notification over an hour later that it was finally ready. I drove over to pick up the pizza and they said that the pizza wasn’t actually ready and I’d need to wait. So, I sat in the car for another 15 minutes until I got another notification that the pizza was ready. Walked back into the store and yet again, the pizza wasn’t actually ready. I asked for a refund because they’d now wasted almost 2hrs of my time and I still didn’t have a pizza. Turns out the guy at the register didn’t actually know how to issue a refund so I had to wait an additional 8 minutes for someone who actually knew how to issue a refund to become available. If you’re ever want to see an absolute train wreck of poor management, 10/10 would recommend. If you actually want competent service or, god forbid, an actual pizza, go anywhere else. As insane as it seems, you’d probably have a better chance of getting a pizza from the Taco Bell across the street.

We ordered 2 of the same stuffed crust pizza's. We had to wait for 30 minutes past the pick up time aswell as them getting the order completely wrong. We ordered 2 stuffed crust cheese pizzas and they gave us 2 stuffed crust pepperoni. My partner is vegetarian so it's a pretty big mistake and since the pepperoni is under enough cheese it cause it to ripped off all the topping an ruin the pizza anyway. I had went back to fix it and they gave us a basic cheese without stuffed crust that looks like it sat in a heater oven for 4 hours we also didnt get a refund for the extra amount of the stuffed crust.

Worst employee experience of the year tonight. Why are they always so mean and grumpy!? Sorry to ask for what we paid for. If you hate your job so much, get a new one. There are so many options for jobs where you don’t have to deal with customers. Figure it out.
