Good hot chicken! Similar to Houston's. Pretty pricey tho. Love that they have Dew! So rare to find. That said, they need to up their game with ordering and the dining area. Been here twice and it's been empty yet it takes forever to get your order. Bathroom is messy and not stocked.

Waited 30 minutes tonight for two sandwiches. When sandwiches were finally ready, the staff texted the wrong couple who picked up and touched our food before realizing it wasn't theirs. We were late for a show so had to ask for a refund. No manager was on site supervising, and the kitchen staff seemed completely lost and not keeping up on orders. We left hungry and angry that we lost 30 minutes of our evening for nothing. So disappointing, Love Birds was my hot chicken sandwich go-to, but not planning on going back.

This was our first try and most likely the last, unless I’m craving fried pickles! We had a coupon so decided to try it. You are supposed to order ahead or online with your phone. We sat at the table selecting what we wanted and it did not accept the code. We went to counter and placed the order. We ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and two crispy chicken upgraded to a mini nash. We assumed that would be the the smaller chicken with the nash toppings. After spending 20 minutes ordering we waited 20-30 minute for the food. They gave us the larger chicken used in the nash, but with Mayo and pickles. There was a lot of Mayo!!!! I like Mayo a lot and still scrapped some off. My spouse scraped off at least a tablespoon. The chicken was ok. The bun was cold.We asked about the upgraded mini Nash and they didn’t know and would ask. We waited about 10 and then just ate what we had. The chicken was moist. We also had the fried pickles which were excellent. The loaded fries were good.I liked that the chairs were comfortable which is good since we were there so long. The 70s feel was fun with swanky covers of songs playing.

I was so excited to try Love Birds and it’s unfortunate that I have to write this review. On first walking through the door for lunch today we were greeted with an overwhelming pungent smell reminiscent of an outhouse. I can only imagine that a sewer pipe or something broke. It was so strong that we elected to take our food to go. When it came to ordering we were once again let down. All of the digital signs/menus were off, with physical signs blocking the queue to order at the register. These directed us to download an app to place an order, which is super inconvenient. We eventually got the attention of one of the two workers who said we could order on their self-serve register, which unsurprisingly had a broken card reader requiring us to manually enter our card information. As the cherry on top, after our order was ready it was quietly set on the counter without any indication it was ready or information on it to identify it as ours - I’m glad I was periodically walking past the counter and saw it. The food is good, but not good enough to offset a foul-smelling, understaffed self-serve experience. Hopefully things work themselves out sometime soon.

This is the best fried chicken sandwich i've ever had, and it's consistent. It's always good! There are several spice levels, which is nice. I usually get medium or hot, but they can leave it uncoated or test your willpower with their spicy challenge... My picky kids like the nuggets, too, which are real chicken, not a pressed nugget. Their waffle fries are seasoned well and a bit crisper than competitors. My wife is a fan of the fried pickles.Parking is unusual but manageable. I'd suggest taking the smallest vehicle you have (if parking in awkward spots bugs you). It is not the cheapest chicken sandwich spot by any means, but I have not had a better tasting one.Parking: For the locals, it is just north of where American Fork Main St. and State St. intersect. For the non locals, if the conner you're turning on right before arriving looks a bit confusing, you're in the right spot.Kid-friendliness: High chairs are available & and they have kids' meals. I usually get an order of nuggets and an order of fries, and it will feed my 3 year old and 6 year old for under $10. Not to bad.Wheelchair accessibility: You can access the restaurant, no problem. I am not, however as sure of parking specifics...

Stopped in to try it and had a Nash chicken sandwich. It was really delicious. The server served me at the table which is a nice touch nowadays and she brought me plenty of napkins and a wet wipe which were all necessary because the sandwich had slaw on it and some tasty sauce. Had nice music playing and it was clean.

First and last visit. Spicy chicken tenders had a weird tasting seasoning on them. Waffle fries were super overcooked. Cashier rubbed nose right in front of the customer in front of me while taking their order and didn't go wash their hands. When I originally ordered food to stay it surprise switched into a needless waiter/waitress scenario. Only good thing I have to say is the in house cucumber/pickle slices that came with the bowl were pretty good.

Had a good experience here! The food is fresh and the filets for their sandwiches are big and fill you up. You can definitely taste the quality difference between here and super chix. It is a couple $$ more expensive but I think it is worth it. They also have beer on tap which is super nice to go along with your meal as well.

Came here by mistake, thinking it was Waffle Love. Ended up being very happy we didn't leave! The loaded fries were incredible and big enough to share. Me and my girlfriends chicken sandwiches were super tasty! The scones were legit the best scones I have ever had. They were super fluffy and delicious. When I picture happiness I picture these scones in my mouth. I came home and raved about it to my roommates. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

We *almost* went to chick-fil-a, good thing we didn’t!! This place is delicious!! Perfect crispy waffle fries, the nash was so good! Great flavor. My new favorite place for all chicken/deep fried things. Their scones are to die for! Also, we have to talk about the waiter!!! He was so helpful, attentive, PLEASANT and kind. And he was even a teenager!! We haven’t had that great of service in a LONG time! Yum! We’ll definitely be back and tell our friends! ?

Pretty great chicken and keeps up well with competitors in the area. One thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was being waited on. The menu and area is too small for the need for a waiter, it made the experience a little more expensive than I was expecting for just a chicken sandwich. Ultimately though I had a good experience and this will probably be a once or twice a year place for me.

I personally did not really like their breading too much, and ultimately with fried chicken that it the make or break. It just had a funky flavor to me, but my wife really liked it. It could be that we had to get the mild spice (cause wife and child) where I would normally get something much spicier. Does that change the flavor? Regardless, just not my favorite. And the sauce was very mayonnaise foward and sweet. Was not my favorite sauce either. However, it was definitely unique and they do their own thing (which is refreshing considering how many fried chicken places there are). The quality of chicken was great. Very plump and juicy. The price is fair considering the state of the world. Good portions sizes, etc. Other chicken places cost more.Well cooked besides that it was very oily. Excess oil was dripping off the chicken. The fries were severely overcooked. They were...crunchy. Delicious fries! But overcooked. Too bad cause they had good flavor.Fun place with a cool retro kinda brand. Good people. I just didn't like their seasonings and recipe very much, and that's what it ultimately comes down to with fried chicken. The war of chicken is very real in The Valley right now, so I wish them the best.
