Young kids demanding more money which food prices go up but when you fill a large fry its more like a small fry in a large box when i order a large fry i expect to get a large fry maybe you should get paid $7.50 a hour till you can do you job right and give people the amount of food they paid for

We stopped here for a break from our road trip. The playground and restaurant in is a bit on the dirty side. There were a bunch of people loitering in the dining area. The kids had fun regardless. Use the McDonald’s app for the best deal. Don’t ever order anything full price. The app deals renews every 15 mins.Dietary restrictions: Not allergy friendly. I can’t eat anything here.Kid-friendliness: Playground

i had the worst experience today with this mcdonald’s. we went a got a couple things to only come to $8 and some cents. we got to the first window in the drive thru and the lady at the first window had us pay the amount due which was the $8 and some cents she said it went through so we go to the next window when we get there the girl that was there said we still owned a different amount for our food when we just got done paying for it. then the manager came and said we only paid $1 and some change but when i looked in my card and seen the transaction that was made it said $11 and some change. we showed them what it said and how much was charged and they refused to give us the food because they kept saying we didn’t pay when we clearly did.
It's a shame, but the atmosphere in this McDonalds leaves a lot to be desired. My children love McDonald's, but it is full of homeless people and everything is dirty. I am very sorry that it has declined so much. We will not return.
Super friendly and super helpful staff! They truly put the customer first! The food was also fresh and Fast! I would highly recommend going to this McDonald’s!

This mcdonald's has my heart. It's very, VERY nostalgic for me. I grew up in Provo and would always come to this Mcdonald's with my family on the weekends. Whenever I find myself craving Mcdonald's, I always seem to come to this location. Not just because of the nostalgic memories it brings me. But because of the quality of the food at this place. Every time I order here, my fries are literally always fresh and hot. The chicken nuggets are crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. The ice cream machine always seems to be working, and the hot n spicy sandwiches are so freaking fresh! I'm not sure how they always seem to have fresh food, but they do!! The lobby is super clean and the workers are so lovely! I know Mcdonald's is not known for good customer service, but this location is. Even at 5 am.. I come here from time to time around that time for breakfast.. around 5 am when I do that my breakfast sandwiches are SUPER fresh and my hashbrowns are too! Even at that time, the co workers are super nice! It's amazing. I will say that the drive-thru time is quite long.. BUT it'll be worth it. Would I recommend this Mcdonald's? 100% of this location will not disappoint.

Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I work right next to it so I’ve been multiple times and every single time it takes more than 10 or 20 minutes just to get some food.
