When I first started coming here the food was so good, but the quality has gone down significantly. I alway get the same thing the guaracha with birria they used to put a decent amount of bean lettuce and avocado. Today the flavor was lacking hardly any beans (my bf’s didn’t have any beans) the lettuce was sparing, and the avacado one tiny slice sliced in half not even an 1/8 if an avocado when they used to put at least a 1/3. I used to be able to take the last 1/4 to enjoy later but now it doesn’t even fill me up. I don’t think we will be consuming here nearly as often.

We aren’t sure if we happened to come on a really bad night but our food was not good. The portions were incredibly generous but we honestly didn’t eat much of what we ordered.

The food was absolutely delicious. 100% authentic from Guadalajara. It was like taco-truck-authenticity, but in a sit down cafe. We were in the provo city cemter area for 3 days, and we went back every day for lunch or dinner. We got carnitas taco, Carne asada taco, carnitas verde enchilada, and quesobarria. They were fantastic! There is a salsa bar with a variety of toppings to put on your food like radishes, cilantro, onions, flavored onions, salsa.

I personally would recommend this Mexican restaurant. The price is right for what you get. The taste is good enough. They didn't have all the menu ready but at least the Asada "grilled beef" that I tasted was more than satisfactory. Likewise, the service was very kind and professional. To sum up, I would say that I had a nice experience tasting more of the Mexican culture food.

Nothing good when there is a couple like today running the restaurant. ?
The food tasted pretty good definitely better than other Mexican places i have been. I had Torta ahogada, Birria de res and two tacos (asada and al pastor). I personally thought the tacos were the weakest of the 3 dishes the birria was the best one and the torta was okay, not the best Ive had. It was well served though. The only reason for not leaving a 5 star review is due to the price going up by so much as compared to when they first opened. I get inflation is real but there are other places i still go to who have maintained a more reasonable price for their Mexican food. Overall though i would come back.
