Rueben gave me enough food to feed a toddler. I was able to fit the amount of food he gave me into a bowl not 12 dollars worth maybe $5. I’m very disappointed.

price increased, the plate is way smaller, the portions are way smaller, staff is not friendly at all. If you can avoid this particular location do it!

I've had food delivered twice from this location and both times I found plastic in my food. Packaging in my food. I tried to call the location and no one ever answers. I don't how to contact them about this issue but it's very scary knowing that I could have eaten plastic.

Rice is always dry at the Pandas. Service was good and food came of fairly quick. Flavors were ok.

Service at the time I was there 11:15am was really great. Quick and professional. Problem was that fried rice was overcooked (some rice crunchy or hard) and entree proteins were not as hot as they should be. Food didn’t come across as freshly made :(

Well, I must say, the experience at Panda Express was nothing short of a culinary rollercoaster. The orange chicken, a supposed star of the show, left me bewildered--swinging between an overwhelming sweetness that could make your teeth ache and a depressingly spicy kick that drowned any hope of balance. It's a dish that seems to suffer from a severe identity crisis.To add insult to injury, the portion size debacle was a slap in the face. Ordering a bigger plate only to receive a smaller rendition is simply unacceptable. I'd expect better from a place that claims to serve hearty portions. Overall, a disappointing affair, lacking the finesse and consistency that any diner, regardless of fast-food expectations, should rightfully demand.

We had a positive experience. The employee who helped us, Adam, was very friendly and helpful. They helped my eight-year-old daughter change her order from a bowl to a plate, offered her a sample when she wasn’t sure between two items and was very friendly overall.We did have to wait for chow mein and am entree, which appears common in the reviews here. But the wait wasn’t terrible and they were friendly and upfront in dealing with this.

The reason I come here is for the service. The staff here is efficient, extremely helpful and efficient. I have had only one issue here and it was solved immediately. Tonight was not an issue, I had to wait for my favorite to be cooked as they were busy and out. The manager on duty sagar, was polite and even gave me an extra portion for my wait. Two weeks ago I witnessed the staff assisting a woman who was disabled all the way into the restroom. The staff here is very attentive and friendly. I've been to numerous locations around the nation and this staff is definitely the best. Even other food chains don't match the staff in this location. Rockstars

DO NOT GO TO THIS PANDAWe love panda but this one is just awful. The worker gave us less than half the normal portions, and almost all veggies no meat. We asked for soy sauce and the worker only would give us one soy sauce for 2 meals. What!? Believe the bad reviews, save yourself a bad experience and drive a couple extra minutes to go to the other panda.

I just ordered $28.00 of food here. Most of it went into the garbage. The teriyaki chicken tasted boiled and gross, and the crab Rangoon was sour, clumpy, and smelled funny. Never again will I order from here. It was a delivery order, and I am so disappointed. This place has really gone downhill the past few years. We used to love Panda Express, it was my son's favorite place, but not anymore.

Was very disappointed with this location. I work in the mall where this panda express is and eat there a lot. But maybe not anymore. My husband went to get us dinner at 7:13pm and they were out of a lot of the stuff. The girl at the counter acted like she didn't want to even help him. He was still going to order but they were pulling everything and dumping them altogether. And then the girl was very rude and told my husband that they were closing in 30 minutes and they couldn't help him. Very poor customer service, WOW! Makes us not want to return ever. The mall didn't even close until 8pm. What a way to treat a returning customer.... I work at ABE Boutique would like a call from the manager.

I shout it out to Damaris who works at the Panda Express at the Provo Towne Centre!! She had to inform me that two items weren’t available and that there was a 4 min wait. She offered me a free drink while I waited and got my order ready as soon as she could. Very courteous and professional. Thanks I will be back because of you!
