The pizza was literally raw. They didn't give me a refund. They offered me free bread sticks instead but the pizza value is $7 and the bread sticks (and the drink they also offered me as an alternative, but I refused) are $2, so their "offer" wasn't legitimate or remotely compensatory.

I ordered 3 pizzas, a medium drink, cinnamon pull aparts, and buffalo wings.The pizza had MOLD on it. One had it on the side that I thought was a lettuce piece but when getting a closer look turned out to be mold with white spots growing! The other two pizzas had some mold on the bottom. ? The cinnamon pastry was cold and hard. And they didn't even give me the right kind of wings, it was NOT buffalo. I had to throw it out because it was for sure not consumable. Couldn't even get a refund for it though because they didn't even give me the receipt for it. My first and most worst experience at Papa John's! This experience has now made it so I don't ever want to go there again!!

Most disappointing $9 I’ve ever spent on a pizza. I get it, having it on campus is convenient, so you can charge a bit more. But $9 for a piece of cold cardboard partially covered in sauce is a bad choice. It’s a large burnt cracker with cold cheese. Never again.

I ordered from the Papa John's app, and have now waited 3 hours for my order to be made, come to find out when I called the store in Provo, they're temporarily closed, even Orem is too. I called customer service, to which I was told they'll submit a refund ticket to higher management to be looked at, and it'll take 3-5 days. How can I get my refund asap?? ?

I love papa John’s crust. But the pizza I got at this papa John’s had very thin burnt crust. It was awful. And it’s not like it’s super cheap… I still had to pay $7 for it. I’ll always recommend papa John’s but not this one. Wish I could give it -100 stars.
