Ordered a pizza, tipped 20% in advance, found the pizza cold on my doorstep an hour later (because it’s snowing…) and no one notified me of delivery. Welcome to 2024, folks! I probably should have tipped 50% and not expected food at all.

Had a competition between Papa John's, Dominos and Little Caesars. The food was alright but dominos next door was better. This was better than Little Caesars. Good customer service, but it did feel a little cramped. Good overall

Waited more than an hour and a half to get a delivery last night. Called and was told the dasher tried to steal it. Yeah, given that other people were told this same thing—I’m not buying it. When the order finally arrived, it was the wrong thing. Same thing happened last time. I also called 6 times before the phone was answered.

Ok, I want to take a minute and applaud this fine establishment. I have worked a many of fast food jobs and this was the cleanest kitchen I have ever seen. The employees were so nice and polite. Cusco was so nice and real and genuine. Whitney brought such a light to my night. Dayson taught me how to truly be a great human being. Fernando was an amazing manager and provided me the the most polite customer service. Alexa made the night spectacular. Chloe’s smile was infectious.

Placed an order for a heart shaped pizza for Valentine’s Day 2 days in advance. I did this on purpose so that it would be ready for pickup after my class on valentines night. When we went to pick it up it was not ready. our pizza was over an hour late and we spent basically our entire evening in our car starving. Not really cool. An order I placed online multiple days in advance should be on time even on a busy night, instead door dashers took priority and no one could give us a status update on the order.

Staff was great to interact with but I ordered the CHEESY CALZONE EPIC STUFFED CRUST PIZZA and half of the pizza wasn't cooked. It was straight dough so we just put it in the oven so we could actually eat it. Sadly I won't be coming back to Papa John's.

Papa John's doesn't seem interested in delivering pizza...or in keeping customers.Today we placed an order for some pizza, since we had some friends getting together. We were all hungry, but since we were laughing and catching up we didn't initially notice that the delivery time had passed. It was nearly 2 hours after the time the pizza was supposed to be delivered. Calling Papa John's we were told that it was Door Dash's fault and that the drive stole our pizza. This could likely be the case, but reading reviews on here it, we came across others who experienced similar outcomes from this specific Papa John's store; leading me to think they either have the worst Door Dash driver (who somehow hasn't been fired yet), or the problem is with the pizza employees themselves.Speaking with the Manager (which he said his name was Cusco...likely not his real name, unless his parents really loved the Emperor's New Groove) proved to be little help. During the conversation he mentioned that he wasn't able to even guarantee the delivery of the replacement pizza...and there wouldn't be any discount applied for the lost pizza & time.Asking for the regional manager's number, I was informed I wasn't allowed to have that information. The only contact information he was allowed to provide was his email. He did void the order allowing for a refund for the price of the pizza to go back on the card, but the tip given to the Door Dash driver is still unresolved (not a lot of money but still something). This would be a first for me not receiving my order from Door Dash...so I have a hard time believing it's purely their fault. Who knows maybe it is, but still it was poorly handled by Papa John's.So if you're looking for pizza I would suggest getting it anywhere else. Otherwise you'll likely be out some money, time, and frustrated without much to show for it.

Ordered online, apparently they outsourced the delivery to DoorDash with absolutely no indication, order never showed up. Apparently the DoorDash driver had a good meal.

Next to no customer service. We made a mistake on our order and called to get things resolved. While we tried to get things resolved on the phone, my father started to get frustrated with the girl on the phone because she wouldn’t give him a straight answer or let him talk. We could hear laughing in the background and they accused us of yelling at them, which we did not do. They fixed the problem and remade the pizza, which was of poor quality anyways, but the customer service along the way they handled everything was piss poor. Just like the real life Papa John, terrible.

Waited an hour and 15 mins for a pizza, when I called to check on it they said the doordash driver stole it. Very unhappy, probably don’t hire a 3rd party to do your deliveries. Do better.

I would like to give a special shout out to Raven the GM. I ordered over 30 pizzas for an event and she was so helpful in getting these ordered over the phone, making sure they were all correct, and getting them delivered on time (she even delivered them herself on her day off!) I am sure that it was overwhelming with such a large order but she went the extra mile. Amazing customer service!
