The food is good as always. The best part is the chicken fingers and Canes sauce. I wouldn’t say that the toast, fries or lemonade or anything out of the ordinary, but good. Their service is always fast, even when they are incredibly busy (which is ALWAYS) most of the time I can find a seat, but it can be hard as it’s often crowded.

Hunter is the manager at this location. Best customer service I’ve ever had. We placed a large catering order for our son’s wedding luncheon. Hunter gave me his cell phone and worked with me personally to make sure our order was perfect. He even offered to deliver the food himself to the luncheon. When he showed up with our amazing food, he brought a gift basket for the bride and groom!! They weren’t there yet so we snapped this pic with the bride and groom’s mothers. So amazed at the customer service offered by Hunter and his staff. Thank you!!!

Excellent late night chicken. It is a great option for after late night events when you want quick food that is better than most chain restaurants.

Raising Cane's is one of my favorite restaurants. I used to go once a week with my friends, and it was the best part about the weekend. I do not go that often anymore, because I moved farther away. Raising Cane's has an emotional tie to me. I love their food but most importantly it makes me happy. I have never been sad or angry while eating Raising Cane's. If I am never sad, I always have Raising Cane's to go to. Raising Cane's will never leave me. Honestly, if I was promised free Raising Cane's for a week but I had to break up with my girlfriend. I would have to take that deal, that is how much I love and treasure Raising Cane's.

This place is like a BYOS place. (Bring your own sauce) You order a ton of food and then get one canes sauce which don’t get me wrong is really good but not when you have to sparingly use it so that you don’t get half way through and run out. Other places don’t charge you extra 50 cents for a sauce. I don’t like places you have to pay to get sauce. The last few times there ketchup machine hasn’t even worked. There drink machine also gives red water and the ice never works. Kinda sad cause the ceiling for this place is big, really good food but poor business design. Also I don’t like the layout of the restaurant. Why can’t you get a refill of lemonaid? What kind of margins are you people really trying to get where you can’t get a second lemonaid? At the end of the day, canes is good but has some flaws enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

Love the food! The employees are always super nice and helpful. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is every timeI place an online order, it’s always 5-10 mins later than it says it will be.

It was SO BUSY when we ate there. Despite being insanely busy, they were amazingly quick and friendly. I wish the seating area was bigger, but they do have outdoor seating. It was full as well. The food was great. It was fresh and very tasty. Maybe a little pricey for chicken strips and fries. I will admit if I'm going to have chicken strips and fries, (and I'm near one of these restaurants) I will definitely go again.
