I love Red Fuego! It’s a family-owned place and the love and passion they have for serving excellent Peruvian food is evident. The staff there are wonderful. My favorite dishes are the lomo saltado (I usually ask for sweet potato fries because they are so good), arroz chaufa, and pollo a la brasa (a lot of good options for sides). Try the green sauce. ??

Very friendly people, much of the staff is from Perú so you can really feel the authentic vibe! The food was absolutely amazing, I served a mission in Perú and of the many restaurants I've tried since being home, I have to say this one was the best! Whether you love Peruvian food or are trying it for the first time, this is the place to go. Definitely coming back!

Stay away!!! The chicken breast was cold on the inside and my order took over 30 minutes because they forgot to make it. They served many other customers before me. After asking about my order they found it, served it cold, and didn't apologize for the poor service. Disappointing. Beware.

I love that Red Fuego is a nice change to the existing restaurants around. Really good food, but it is pricey. We had the Lomo Saltado & the Tallarín Saltado. I won’t get the Tallarín again though. I felt it was an over priced bowl of noodles with a tiny bit of steak whereas the Lomo Saltado was a lot of great food, including steak.

2/1 around 8pm, Got the leg 1/4 with two sides. Great chicken. The beans were a little bland as well as the rice. Chicken had great flavor. So did the little jalapeno sauce that came with it. Would have loved to try the quinoa or the plantains but they were out :( girl that took my order had air pods in and was on her phone the whole time I was there which isn't terrible for a casual spot, but kinda a bummer.
