First off; This place is supposedly Word of Wisdom friendly. For those of you who are concerned; Kava literally just comes from a root. There are no negative side affects and it only provides positive health benefits. Kava definitely does not impair you in any way, shape , or form. The poke here is SO fresh! Excellent quality fish. Try ordering a shoyu/spicy mix with their black rice! It's divine. I've never been to another poke place that offers black rice, even in Hawaii.

I went here with my brother and father on a Friday night and we had a great time. The owner Moana is super friendly and takes his time getting to know everyone who comes through the door. He even hooked us up with a free jug of kava after we finished our second one. They have open mic night on Fridays with local comedians, singers, and poets.
