Love this place. My wife and I share the"create a sample" and a steak with two yams. It's more food than we can eat.Parking: Parking lot is shared with the hotel and it fills up on the weekends.

Great atmosphere. We really enjoyed the drinks. The margarita was absolutely amazing! Great food. We had the prime rib. It was a little over cooked and thin sliced, but overall, it was great. The waitress was on point.

So glad we stopped here for dinner while traveling from Utah to Arizona! Quaint hotel attached restaurant that still feels upscale steakhouse whether in your boots or sandals. Our server was outstanding and the food was perfect. Thank you amigo Brendan!Dietary restrictions: I have celiacs and need gluten free. They had a dedicated menu with options!! The ribs were delicious and I loved my baked potato plus the seasonal tomato with parmesan... Wow!

The food here was less than average for tastiness and quantity.

We didn’t get far in our Ruby experience tonight. We arrived and were sat immediately. Unfortunately, no one came to our table to take our order. After waiting just over 15 min, we decided to leave. Bummed as we were excited to try this place

Honestly the steaks are not that good. Tastes like a Sizzler steak or something you get from Denny's. Sides are decent. Drinks were just "ok". And this is after a few visits because my mom likes it. Not my choice for a steak dinner. Sadly, you would be better off at Texas Roadhouse (which is only a little bit better) or Outback for the area. I'm from Southern California and just moved here... so far? Found some amazing restaurants, but all the steak houses are kinda lacking in the Provo / Orem area. Better to head to Salt Lake for a good steak..

I love coming here with my family. The prices are amazing and the steaks are always cooked very well. Staff is very friendly and attentive, we'll be back many times in the future.

Filet Mignon with sauteed mushrooms and a jacked potato, proceeded by a wedge salad was the best. Been a long time since I have been here, and still really great food. But bring back the shelled peanuts.

Went here for my Dad's 62 birthday, the service wasn't bad and the appetizers were alright but when it came to steak time ,oh boy. severely under seasoned steak that had zero sear, and to my steak lover's who understand how important it is to render the fat cap, it wasn't, but it was tough and chewy. And the garlic potato's really didn't taste like much of anything. In reading some of these reviews I'm not the only one who had this steak. I wont be going back.
